Don't listen to Torn. Buy a dog, not a hamster.
I have two hamsters and a Dog I guessDon't listen to Torn. Buy a dog, not a hamster.
I hope you guys had a good last day. I'm sorry for your loss. I would be devastated if i had to make that decision with my pets. You know you did the right thing. And while she was here you gave her the best you could.Wife and I had to put down our yellow lab this morning, one of the toughest things that I have had to do in a long time. She was 12 years old and was struggling with some serious hip and digestive issues, it wasn't fair to her to keep her around for our benefit.
It's amazing to see how attached they can become. This dog was, in every sense of the word, a part of our family. I'm man enough to admit that I sobbed like a damn baby when I said goodbye to her. She has been more than a dog to us, she has been a companion and friend. I feel like I'm not alone, especially after looking at some of the pictures and reading some of the comments that many of you have left about your dog(s).
I don't know why I posted this in here, just in a really bummed mood right now. I'll post pictures of her in the near future. Sorry to drag down the mood in here
