I don't know how motivated they are to trade Tucker, but he is the player on PHX that I would want.
The trade that I have envisioned is Varejao for Morris, then Cavs absorb Tucker in the TPE sending back that protected second round Portland pick from 2020 that they just picked up. Tucker is the guy I would want. Morris is the price you pay, and then you hope you can rehabilitate his reputation and send him to a new team over the summer, if necessary.
Cavs can add the ~$2M+ they are still permitted to send out in trades. As someone else said, tempting Sarver with cash is usually a good strategy.
Do I think that trade is likely? No. But it might be conceivable and it's the one I would want to do.
Now if the Cavs were to experience an injury before the deadline, I would become more motivated to do that deal.
