I'll be honest here, Masterson was throwing a lot harder then I realized he could out there tonight.
I really thought he was a guy that sat in the 91-93 range with good sink and good slider, but he was really bringing some heat tonight and was hitting 97 more then a few times.
It definitely appears the Indians will be stretching him out and getting him back in the starting rotation sooner then later. He got 46 pitches in tonight.
