When basketball becomes a job, there are times when you definitely start to dislike it I'm sure. I'm not defending him, but I'm just saying I understand where he is coming from. Unless he has hated it his whole life or something and was forced to do it for some reason. But I love basketball more than anything, but I had the worst possible coach/human being possible my senior year and he took the fun out of the game, so I quit. Hardest thing I ever had to do. But if it isn't something you enjoy, then what is the point? I probably shouldn't be comparing my situation to an NBA players, but I think it applies on whatever level you are on, or whatever you do in life.
