The Trent Richardson Thread

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
You know who he reminds me of a bit? Jamal Lewis. Pretty similar in terms of size, power, and decisiveness, though Trent is more explosive and generally quicker in and out of cuts. He also has more of an arsenal of moves at his disposal. Would be thrilled if he had a similar career.

If he stays healthy, I think his floor is Jamal Lewis, which again is incredible.

He reminds me of Marshall Faulk a little.

Can't stop watching that GIF. Love this kid.

Trent's up for Rookie of the Week.....up against Luck, Wilson, Tannehill and the punter from the Rams

An idiot who doesn't want to get trucked by a brick shit house.

Its a smart play to strip the ball. He might not fumble often, but its the 2 yard line and about the only way to keep us from scoring there is to strip the ball. If he tackles him, its first and goal on the 1 or 2.

And then Dawson kicks the FG!

Pretty sure Clements went for the strip because he knew he wasn't stopping him. It was maybe force a fumble, or definitely get a concussion.

I went to a Browns backers bar for the first time in two years for last week's game, and I'm glad I did. Looked like about 70 ppl, and we spent the first few drives making fun of Shurmur's play calling, Weeden's age, Haden's partying, etc. When Trent broke that first run, the room BLEW THE FUCK UP....like we won a playoff game! I haven't yelled like that for a Browns play in years. The pass TD was the exact same reaction. Awesome.

After the game, I called a few friends/relatives up in the CLE area. The popular phrase I heard people saying went along the lines of 'The hairs on the back of my neck stood up when Trent broke that run'. Watching the .gif on the earlier pages, you can really see Richardson's sick change of speed/direction ability; like elite ability.

Guys, I think we got ourselves a special one here....

Which bar?

Which bar?

I went to the Metro West Pour House, in Hiawassee. Good group of people and fun experience, I counted three Eric Turner #29 jerseys. It's a bit of a drive for you, but I'd recommend it. This group is the Southwest Orlando Browns Backers; they were at JPs on Kirkman/Conroy for years, but moved down the road.

There's another BB group that's closer to you, the Orlando Browns Backers meet at Post Time Lounge on Dog Track/1792. They were at 11/12 Lounge on Lee Road last year; which was a dump, but it was in my FDs first due area so I could roll up in the ladder truck for a few minutes.

Both groups have FB pages, I'm not sure how up-to-date their info on the brownsbackers.com site is....
