This team has disgraced CLEVELAND tonight

Love the comment from the article describing this team as a "lost cause". I love Dan Gilbert but cmon Dan this team should have made more moves in the off-season instead of a kind of stand pat strategy. Now we know 100% this team needs to be blown the #### up. I know its not possible to get rid of everyone quickly, but by next year I would like to see a completely new roster. I will always have love for Mo but he has a bad contract and isn't part of the future. He would be tough to move but not impossible if paired with Hickson. This team is a disgrace. Gibson, Jent, pretty much entire Cavs roster GTFO :mad:

Many of you need to get a grip.

Breath.

Don't look for character in prospective players. Don't look for a badass. Look for talent. Don't trade away a younger talent like boobie unless it's profitable. Trading him out of spite is hot-headed and stupid.

Good owner + new management, when combined with the facilities, staff, and experience we've built through the Lebron era gives our team hope. We're not going to be "like the Timberwolves LOLOLOLOL" because the Wolves were only a contender for a year back around when we drafted James. I'm not goin to say, "If you don't cheer nonstop you're a REAL-CAVS-PUNK", you just gotta see the situation for what it is and let things cool. Getting on the phones and dumping the entire roster between now and February is just as bad as dreaming to sign iggy or some wash-up.

The crowd is the last thing people should be blaming. The crowd was FIRED UP during the pregame and the first quarter. Loudest game I've been to, amazing atmosphere in there. What do you expect them to do when the team's down by 15, 25, 35? The crowd came in fighting last night..The players were the ones who didn't show up. Leave the crowd out of it.

I don't think anybody needs to chill the fuck out. This team is going nowhere and needs to be blown up. And that includes Boobie, who is severely overrated around here. Yes he's young, and yes he can shoot (sometimes), but he'll never be more than a good spot up shooter for a complete team, which we are not. Its also not like they are going to trade him for a bag of chips, and I don't think anyone is suggesting they do... but the reality is, a guy like boobie is one of the few guys that may fetch us some sort of draft pick, which is the only way to realistically rebuild (a la OKC).

In the end, last years Cavs team would probably obliterate the Miami team he's on now which is what makes this really funny.

This was no doubt a transition year and we didn't really do anything to replace what we lost in LeBron, and that's mainly a credit to the smart basketball guys we have because they know this isn't an overnight fix.

And not only that, as has been stated at least 5 million times, the Cavs felt forced into many moves (the awful 2006 signings, the Jamison deal) because of pressure from one Lebron James. And to think it all might have panned out if he hadn't totally quit in the playoffs last year.

not sure what people were expecting but this was always about Cavs fans and Gilbert vs LeBron...never was it Cavs players vs LeBron. it just isn't the way the NBA works anymore, every player is bubby buddy these days and that was going to change for our benefit.

none of these guys are going to pick a fight with James because they are all hoping they get traded to Miami or can sign there as free agents

That's the thing we're pissed off at.. it SHOULD have been about the Cavs players vs. LeBron, both figurately & literally.

He told them they weren't good enough to have him on their team & to win him a 'ship.. I don't know about you, but that would piss me the fuck off!
 
That game hurt us even more than the "Decision". At that one point in the game when Lebron was talking to the bench COACH SCOTT should have gotten on the floor in Lebron's face to back away from his players and took a techincal foul. It would have helped and the score was beyond catching up anyways. Blow this team up and maybe keep a few players but almost no one is safe at this point. On the other hand the Heat just had almost a flawless game last night and there really was no stopping them. Being mad at our own franchise seems kind of stupid and we are playing right into Lebron's hands. This game had alot on the line for the Heat because if they lost they never would hear the end of it ( he should have stayed etc. ) and they had the talent to bully us and so they did. I am so pissed off right now I could go on about this for days.
