Re: Look at Jackasses Who Said, "Trade Kyrie Irving"

Wait a minute. They actually have leagues where you aren't allowed to steal the ball?

This world, man.

Yeah, THIRD GRADE rec ball,---well they can steal passes, just not steal the dribble, some of the kids can barely dribble the damn ball. And there was still more D in that game than the all-star game! :chuckles:

Re: Look at Jackasses Who Said, "Trade Kyrie Irving"

Kinda hoping Kyrie is traded before the deadline so I can see this thread devolve even further. Call me selfish.

Re: Look at Jackasses Who Said, "Trade Kyrie Irving"

So Kyrie and a first for Westbrook.

Get off your hands Griffin.

Jake Westbrook retired last week. He doesn't even play basketball. The other guy barely played this year.

Re: Trading Kyrie Irving

trading Kyrie now could net you Hayward in return. Waiters, Karasev, Hayward, Thompson and Bynum, that's a playoff team right there.

This seemed like solid logic.

Is this trade still on the table?

Re: Look at Jackasses Who Said, "Trade Kyrie Irving"

Being his value is sky high right now, maybe Griffin should field some calls

:runs:

Anytime you can get a young role player on a shitty team and only give up the guy former league MVPs are taking under their wings, you should run to the trade forum and ask RCF for an opinion.

Re: Look at Jackasses Who Said, "Trade Kyrie Irving"

Keys I am so proud of you right now, carry on.

Re: Look at Jackasses Who Said, "Trade Kyrie Irving"

PS: I really, really want this thread to become the new Friday Night Halo.

Make it happen, Ferry!

Re: Look at Jackasses Who Said, "Trade Kyrie Irving"

Just curious though, why is anybody other than the OP of the thread changing the title of the thread?

Is that common in this forum?

And, why?

Thx.

I don't know, but I freaking love it. If people are going to make BOLD statements, they should be called out on them. You can't say trade Kyrie, then run and hide from it.

I've been guilty of saying some things, then looking back thinking maybe it wasn't such a great idea to say. It's only fair game, if people are that sensitive they shouldn't be posting on here.

It's okay to be totally wrong, but when people try to be cowardly about it, or make silly excuses, then they just look more silly.

Re: Look at Jackasses Who Said, "Trade Kyrie Irving"

I got it fellas, it just came to me...

Kyrie, Tristan, and Waiters for Bosh and Wade. That'll show that dick LeBron that we are trying to get him here!

oh wait......

Re: Look at Jackasses Who Said, "Trade Kyrie Irving"

Still just fully disagree that you don't consider trading him under any circumstances. There are circumstances where you consider it, and even Max and W&G alluded to those circumstances having already arisen this year.

Team has looked good over the last few games and Kyrie looked good during the All Star game. That's it. All the BS circling him throughout the year and information alluded to by insiders on the board as well as relatively well respected sources acknowledged there have been problems with him.

Conversation has gotten silly.

If teams have been forced to consider trading Kobe and Shaq in the past and Dwight Howard, Kevin Love and Carmelo Anthony in recent times...then the Cavs can certainly have been in a situation where trading Kyrie must have been entertained.

Just going to stop reading to point this out.

STILL THINK HE"S A BITCH. This trophy, will probably make him more of a diva bitch and it will hurt the team. I hope I'm wrong there, but I think this kid is as self absorbed as it gets and doesn't know how to take a team to winning.

Hope I'm wrong, but he's still a bitch. AI with no heart.

He's one hell of a talented bitch though and I never discounted his immense talent.

Other ridiculously talented players

Vince Carter
T Mac
Steve Franchise
Baron Davis
etc.

Some of those guys have more heart than Kyrie showed all year.

Let's hope what we saw in the 4 game win streak continues or I'll be right back here with my pitchfork.

I think it's more of a consideration of who you're actually trying to trade for.

Sure, if OKC calls up and says Durant and/or Westbrook are available, let's talk Kyrie, you don't hang up. Steph and Klay for Kyrie? Hmmm. Tough call, but that's not bad value. Not offesnive at least.

It's the "let's trade Kyrie for Jeff Green and protected Boston pick because he's a whiny baby who doesn't smile on the court" that sets um, some people off. :chuckles:
