2 measly points wasn't great considering he's been around 10 as a starter, but we weren't asking to him to score. The one time we did, the very first play of the game, he posted up Draymond Green and scored. He kicked it out after his offensive boards, and he only got one lob (from Delly) all game last night.
He did do some things well. TT was an absolute animal on the glass last night, and was doing it against GS's best pair of rebounders in Green/Bogut. He had something like 7 rebounds, 3 offensive in the first quarter alone.
His switching is also instrumental limiting GS's effectiveness from deep, he's the best big in the entire league not named AD at stringing Steph Curry along and forcing the ball out of his hands.
He had multiple defensive possessions of guarding both Klay Thompson and Steph Curry 1-on-1 on the perimeter, giving up only contested midrange jumpers on the worst of them. He needs a little more discipline in sticking with Curry around the corners, but more often than not he stays in front of their drives and forces tough shots.
