That was ugly. The difference in rushing yardage between the 2 teams was unbelievable. 305-18 last I saw.

The small positive I saw was that Derek Anderson looked pretty decent especially when you consider he had zero rushing game to help him out. He did have the 1 bad int. but also had the previously mentioned drops.
I liked how Anderson seemed much more decisive then Frye and was able to get the ball out and to receivers quickly. There was no running around cluelessly trying to find a 2nd or 3rd receiver because the #1 option was covered.
It's pretty amazing that Anderson wasn't sacked tonight when you consider the Steelers didn't have to worry about the running game.

It seemed to be expected that Anderson would have a huge letdown after last week and that the Steelers would pound the hell out of him and confuse him. That didn't happen. I think he performed better than Frye would have tonight.

Derek Anderson looked damn good... He made one poor throw, and did lose that one ball... Other than that, he stayed poised in the pocket, checked down like a normal QB and was on target for the most part... He over threw twice, and the 3rd one was called back..

At anyrate, I'll still take him over Charlie, and his awesome scrambling ability....

The ****ing play calling was awful... Why do you run on 2nd and 7 and 3rd and 7 on consecutive plays when your QB was 5/6 throwing the ball ????

The defense sucked... But the play calling was horrible.. We couldn't run, so lets keep running...

Oh, and Dennis Northcutt should be put in a wood chipper.. He's worthless, **** him, his family, and his cat...
