Well I absolutely think he delivered with Taylor. The big key here is Weeden, everyone is assuming he's a bust because he played terribly against the Eagles. I'm willing to wait for more than 1 game before I judge him. Even if Weeden is a bust, it's not his fault that Holmgren came in and pulled rank. He couldn't have predicted that when he made the trade. He got great assets in return for a WR, it was a good trade. If Weeden sucks, that's on Holmgren.
Exactly, at a value point the Browns made out like bandits. What Atlanta offered is something most teams NEVER offer for some of the best receivers in the NFL. I know Moss was considered on the decline, but the Pats just get gave up a 4th rounder for him. They're not in that high of demand. I thought it was a terrible trade for the Falcons. It didn't make them any better at all.
Personally, I think they could have used those picks to shore up the line offensively and defensively, which was more of a need for them. They're not going to go on to win SB all because of Julio Jones, I can promise you that.
