This has really made football talk much more enjoyable.

Did the exact same thing. I can only take reading "Browns won't get Luck" in so many different ways.

Cribbs on his score: Josh Cribbs finally talked McCoy into a pass against split-safety coverage -- and it went for the 45-yard touchdown.

"I was asking for it all game," said Cribbs. "I told that the coverage they were playing, they were not getting wide enough on his cover 2. All game I told Colt, 'trust me!' And he said, 'if I throw it over, you better catch it.' It was really dramatic at that point.

"I said, 'if you throw it over there, I'm going to score!' And he did. He had faith in me. Even though I wasn't his first read, he threw it to his playmaker. I commend him for that."

McCoy admitted Cribbs wasn't in the progression against that defense, but once he launched the ball, "I thought it was a touchdown."

The fact that wide receivers are having to talk their QB into anything is a terrible sign.

I'll be the first to admit that the greatest need on the Browns is a right tackle. That doesn't change the fact that bad teams need the BPA. Teams with top tier quarterbacks go to the playoffs every year. Luck has as much potential to be in that top tier as any QB coming out of college in the past decade.

If you have the chance to grab Luck while burning a few assets, you do it. They don't come along very often and they sure as hell don't choose the Browns in free agency.

An NFL caliber right tackle (which Pashos has not been for over four years) is completely fine with me as a door prize. I can think of two highly touted right tackles in the past decade: D'Brickshaw Ferguson and Leonard Davis. Since Ferguson was such a talent, he was moved to the left side. Davis ended up too slow footed and became a right guard.

Case and point: you can find a right tackle in the later part of the first into the early second round.

Shurmur said Hardesty will miss games with a tear in his calf. They're going to hold workouts tomorrow. This year just keeps getting better and better.

Hopefully Hillis is ready to be the whole offense again...

Might have to make my way up there... 6'0 , 175. Not strong, but I sure am slow. Strong calves and hamstrings, no contract issues.

So, the only touchdown of the game, shouldn't have happened. NICE.

The only thing I'm really upset about with Colt is the credibility I lost with my peers by believing in him for a few games. I'd like to take this opportunity to apologize for that lapse in judgment. If you'll remember, my original approach to Colt was exactly what it is now: negative, resentful, even spiteful.

I want to tell you here and now that NO Browns QB will gain my trust and respect for the remaining 8-10 games that I continue to be a Browns fan.

The obvious route here would be for me to hop on board with a team that has a young QB with a great arm, ideal size, and ability to make all the throws. I will be leaving this great group of fans for another great group of fans in Detroit to cheer on Matthew Stafford.

I'm sorry that it had to end this way, but I'm sure you can appreciate Stafford's movie star looks and love for the game as much as I can.

Go Lions!

I love you.

When the Browns were gone I started to root for Green Bay because I like Farve and the history of the team.

So I'm good with them as my backup! :)

It's ok, nobody here lended you any credibility anyway.

I know there is a lot of negatives about McCoy being talked about here. But watch the tape, it's like his line drops back as quickly as he does. There is no pocket, it looks more like a sink hole caving in on him. It's terrible.

I know he's not that good, but he's getting NO help from the line or running game. It's easy to find your third wr running a cross route 20 yds downfield when you can stand there for 5 seconds with all the DL's in front of you.

This whole team is an uncontrollable grease-fire right now. Colt's just trying to use water to put it out...
