Outside of the Artest pipedream (for any central and probably eastern team), the Golden State one is probably the best.

I did catch that... But I want nothing to do with Chucky... The guy was pushed out that LA door, when they didn't even have a replacement at the point..

I would prefer Troy Hudson and Eddie Griffin over Chucky and Butler (who i'm not crazy about)...

But, Fisher and Pietrus is DEFENSE, and i'm about defense...

i don't know if that would be a wise move. a good rule of thumb is that it is usually more effective to trade multiple players for one better player, as you can only have five players in the game at a given time.

we have close to eleven million dollars a year tied up in snow and jones. and the same next year, and the next year and the next. they are our point guard future for the indefinite future. how else will we be able to justify having an awesome stat machine allstar in the lottery again and again?

Really gotta disagree. Hughes is here, we will give him more time to grow with the team. I don't see why trading him would do any good to this team, at all, whatsoever. He's a good defender against quick perimeter players, and a poorer defender against the more physical ones. He did quite the decent job against Allen Iverson, Ray Allen, etc.
And really, if LeBron actually stepped it up on defense, he'd be able to guard the more physical ones. He gets owned by everybody.

And trading Hughes for Butler and Atkins.. so Caron starts? Doubt it. I bet Newble will start.. Oh look, we have last year's team again. Great. :thumbdown

the next time Lebron fails to stay in front of his man, brown should stick gooden on the bench.

the next time Lebron fails to rotate on a defensive switch, brown should take z and send him to the locker room.

the next time Lebron allows his man to swing a pass cross court to the weak side, brown should make snow inactive for the next week.

the next time Lebron lazily follows as his man runs through and around a series of screens, brown should inform hughes that from now on, hughes will be responsible for both his man and Lebron's man.
