What can I do about my loud neighbors

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Ive been threatening with legal action for months. They dokt care. They at least think in bluffing

This is an hour after I called patrol. 60db is 100 times the legal limit and is comparable to conversation 3 feet away from your face. I had to be up at 6 this morning. Look at that bass

Going to the office and annoying them on a regular basis will most likely show you are serious. I still think you should find a lawyer to write a letter to them and send it certified mail. Once they know you have a lawyer on your side they will know you are serious.

I'm not paying a lawyer for something I cN do myself and they don't have a reasonable solution to resolve the issue. It's just a matter of breaking the lease and filing at small claims and getting them served

Second that.

But you aren't a lawyer. A letter from a lawyer is less of a pain in the ass than what you're doing. It wouldn't cost much. No business likes receiving a letter from a lawyer. Landlord could well decide dealing with unruly tenants is worth avoiding a lawyer.

A civil case and supbeona to appear in court is more serious than a letter from a lawyer imo and again, they have no course of action other than ending my lease so a letter from an attorney has zero utility

Also if they are a big enough company, they will have a lawyer on retainer. That lawyer probably won't have a problem going up against some random guy and dragging it out. If they are going up against another lawyer they will most likely settle it quickly.

Isn't your goal just to be done living there and move on with your life? If I was getting woken up and not sleeping like you say you are, I would be happy just to have them break the lease so I could find a new place to live and get a good night's sleep.

they aren't mutually exclusive courses of action. The civil suit is effectively pressure to break the lease and let me go to avoid the suit. Or I could get back my moneyand say fuck them.

I forget what the actual goal is now.

1. Get them back when they have legitimately done something to deserve it, like play music at 3am, not just talking like they're at the bar.

2. Get out of my lease.

3. Get 3 months of rent back.

4. Fuck both of the girls at the office as they are both the cats meow, if ya know what I mean

2 is what you should be focusing on here.

1 is a waste of time and energy and won’t stop their actions.

If 3 is an option, it will go along with 2.

If 3 and and 2 are going to happen, you need an attorney.

Pick a hot attorney.

Get the attorney, fuck the attorney, fuck the girls, fuck the landlord and report back.

Attorney for 3 and 2 are not necessary. You are not even allowed an attorney at small claims court.

1. Can absolutely curb behavior. I found a video of a guy who set up audio to play back whatever noise his upstairs neighbord made and put it on delay and to play 3 times loud as shit. They stopped.

You crashed through their door over two weeks ago and had to kowtow, have asked them to stop multiple times and some biker chick has yelled at them right? And this all happens at 3am? Seems like these guys will probably just escalate.

Are you sure that in some way you aren’t enjoying this?

They stopped when I broke the door for a few weeks and they've incrementally gotten louder after getting more and more comfortable (seeing what they can get away with) . They still run away when I come out to the courtyard when they're being too loud. I think applying more pressure would get them back in line.

The biker chick yelled at her next door neighbors who weren't as close to my neighbors as I thought.

Complex. Says they are writing a other warning and I'm going to follow up on that and make sure they did

No. I don't get to sleep and I'm in a heavy depression and it sets it off like fireworks. I live In complex that does not give a single shit. I get them back to correct. I would like to not have to. There is nothing enjoyable about any of this.

No.

So bottom line...1 isnt working. 2 seems like the best course of action to me. I have no idea how or why they’d give rent back. You could guilt them into 4.
