What can I do about my loud neighbors

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Yes

Check out these readings from last night at 245am

I wrote this email.

The maximum permissible noise level in the county of san diego pasttt 10pm is 40db, as stated in the picture provided.

50db is 10 times the legal limit.

60 is 100 times the legal limit.

As you can see in several pictures, they are at 65db which is 500 times the legal limit in SD County. It is 245am

I look forward to your response with a resolution

If we are going guerilla warfare, it’s important to know what kind of cars they drive.

If you own a penis, a seat urinator is also free.

Music Started at exactly 11. Called for courtesy patrol at 1102.

Im trying to stay up to show them what it sounds like in my apartment because you can't hear it from the outside.

This is why I haven't called for them in the past. It's probably going to take another half hour and they'll have stopped by then and I'll look like a liar.

These fucking assholes.

What happened?
Patrol told dispatch 15 minutes. I'm falling asleep so after 30 I call.

Dispatch says theyre just finishing up at another place. 15 min later I call again.

"they're actually at another place now, I'll call their dispatch". Other dispatch says they're at another place, no eta.

Dispatch says theyll email them asking for an eta and call me back.

15.minutes later I call and they have no eta. He manager gets on the phone and he can't hear a word for some reason.

He says they're still gonna come out. "it's been an hour and a half." "OK".

They stop 15 minutes later. Then they start up again for awhile.

I'm about to air horn

Went into the office. They were receptive and took me seriously. They're giving them a other warnjnng, but theyvr had those and it doesn't seem to work. Neither does courtesy patrol.

First time they get loud and show the warning doesn't matter in going to the courthouse

Maybe record yourself on video with the decibel meter everytime they make noise and make sure it's time stamped. Same thing with everytime you call the courtesy patrol to prove how long it takes. I would also use Facebook to check in everytime you go to their office. Paired with all your emails, I think that would be enough evidence that they aren't doing enough.

I think I have enough proof Honestky.

Months of emails, mostly not responded to. 4 other tenants with noise complaints, courtesy patrol sucking both times they were called out after Thanksgiving which justifies why I don't call them, the dB readings and the fact that they are within 2db of an actual meter, a dozen recordings. Etc.

It's really just a matter of me committing and missing an entire day of work to wait at the courthouse to file

I wouldn't go the court route straight away. If they make more noise tonight, hit the office up again. I bet after taking up their time for a week or two straight, they will take your threat to take legal action seriously and let you out of the lease. It will just cost them money and time, which will be better spent just finding a new tenant.

Ive been threatening with legal action for months. They dokt care. They at least think in bluffing

This is an hour after I called patrol. 60db is 100 times the legal limit and is comparable to conversation 3 feet away from your face. I had to be up at 6 this morning. Look at that bass
