well we are about to begin so I thought I would share who I think/ wish we are going to get....here is my list

Trevor Price
LaVarr Arrington
David Givens
Kemo
Willie McGinnest

then with our 1st pick in the draft.....
@ number 12 the Cleveland Browns select............whatever defensive playmaker that is still available or if there is a big left tackle that is available

These moves give us playmaking ability along with some much needed stability on defense and Givens brings Super Bowl expierence to the offense to help out with Charlie's development as he will be a nice #2 to Braylons #1

that team if healthy could have a serious chance at the playoffs and a chance to be successful in the playoffs

what are you all hoping for???

Trevor Price or Willie McGinest Both forces to be reckoned with on defense.
LaVar Arrington or Julian Peterson Superstar LB's to throw in with Andra and Chaun.
David Givens and or Joe Jurevicius (or both which has been rumored) Solid veterans that will make the catches which is important to a young QB's psyche.
Ma'ake Kemoeatu Run stuffing mammoth that we oh so badly needed last year.
LeCharles Bentley I wouldn't be crushed to nab this guy and trade Faine for a draft pick, Faine is undersized and finishes every year on IR. Bentley is the best player at his position and will anchor the line.

Draft is still a crapshoot...

Haloti is who I really want hopefully he is there, if not go with McNeill or Justice both OT's. Maybe LenDale or DeAngelo if things look bleak.

I've also heard that Denver may be interested in getting Vernon Davis and trading us their 22nd pick overall and their 29th overall...which is two first rounders :)

I know Willie was good and all that jazz... But I am inclined to believe that his impact here would not nearly be as noticable on our defense as opposed to a defense that had Harrison,Seymor, Fork,Bruschi ect.......

The fact that our defense is not anywhere near the Pats in terms of the talent on the frontline and the LB's, + his age, leads me to say NO to Willie...

The guy is like 33 or 34....

If he comes cheap ? perhaps.... But to invest any significant cash into the guy, just doesn't seem to make a ton of sense...

Ill take

Bentley, Kemo, James Harrison or Bart Scott (i think thats his name), Lavar Arrington, a #2 WR (Givens, JJ, AB).

Draft...DeAngelo Williams or trade down to take Manny Lawson and Marcus McNeil

We can't get James Harrison unless we cough up draft picks for compensation and Savage won't do it.

Actually..no, no we don't.

We dont have to give up anything for him.

I like the idea of nabbing hometown Bentley and trading Faine for another draft pick....I would absolutly love to make that trade with Denver and take 2 first rounders because this teams needs alot of talent and with the late 1st rounders we could snag a lineman or 2 and not feel bad about it....... I think that Givens and Arrington are in the bag...that is just MHO but thats what I think....Kemoo would be a HUGE pick up literally and figurativly and Trevor Price would solidify our dline which we desperatly need to do......all great ideas so hopefully Savge pulls through

How do you figure Lavar is in the bag when he was rumored to want to be a Giant?

I wish that Ben Taylor is not wearing a Cleveland Browns uniform next year.

He won't be and hopefully Bryant won't be either.

i told you it is just my opinion...thats all.....wait and see

I think that a veteran Wide receiver is a must since we are not going to get Bryant back. My prediction: We get Joe Jurevicius.

We need a linebacker and Lavar Arrington would be the perfect FA fit into our system. I would love Willie McGinnist (I think he would play OLB and not DE considering his size is too small for a 3-4 DE) but if he won't come cheap than I don't want him. He's old and only has a few good seasons left.

We need that guy in the middle on defense. Someone like Kemo would be perfect. If we can't get Kemo in FA than I think we look to the draft and go after Ngati (sp?) or wait til the second rd. and try to get Bunkley.

Offensive line is also a huge need. I think Bently might be a little out of our league. He's versatile and doesn't need to play center, he can play both guards spots just as well. I just hope we can scrape up a big name or two in FA.

James Harrison isnt a FA. Hes a 3rd year player, unable to be a FA.

When did he not become a RFA?

Well scratch your wishlists off fellas because it appears Savage is taking the " Plan B Route "
