Weeden wasn't great, but certainly he was good enough to win the game.

Yes, it will continue to be until Weeden proves he can beat someone.

They'll gladly send more than the OL can block every single time.

The first 3 picks need to address the offensive side of the ball

ive said that since day one, but honestly my guy was claiborne, and i havent followed him at all. I think I heard he was sucking, so it may be a wash

Since the OL can barely block 4 guys, it seems pretty smart to send 6.

Not sure what your point is here other than making me sound right. Weeden can't make a play when he is on his back.

so far richardson has been an absolute disappointment, much much more so than weeden
 
If you're top 5 in the draft, there are only three spots that should be picked. QB, LT, and DE/OLB. MAYBE a case can be made for a corner in this pass happy league. But that's it. Never should draft a RB in the top 5.

I mean, as long as we are going to play that game, the guy we missed on was Tannehill.

He can't make a play when he's upright either.

The excuses for Weeden will be here all season, but at the end of the day even a good supporting cast is just hoping to bring this guy into mediocrity.

It starts with the QB, nobody should know this better than Cleveland.

I'm not even considering RB if I'm the Browns.

It's a QB driven league and they don't have one. Draft your QB, get him some protection and an outside weapon

in all fairness weeden doesnt have his number 1 WR out there, so hopefully that will help him out.

ill be honest im not ready to call this offense dead quite yet. get gordon back, let this offensive line gel and see where we are. both will help out richardson and weeden tremendously

You cannot just draft that way. You have to consider where we end up in the draft, and what talent is available there when we pick. If we do not end up high enough to get a QB that they consider franchise level, then I do not want them to draft one at that point. Continuing to draft QB's yearly with top picks is a disaster in the waiting. This team will play different with Gordon back, and when one of the regular guards returns from injury.
 
Ray Horton will be a head coach next year.


Defense will suck just as bad next year.


This is at least a 5 year rebuilding plan.
