NBA Finals Game 5: Cavaliers @ Warriors June 14th, 8:00 EST

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
I mean, I still feel like we win game 6, and anything can happen in game 7.

If the refs are going to make this much of an impact on the game though, I already have a pretty good idea on what is going to happen in G7.

We played James Jones way too much. He's awful at rebounding and defense. Next game he can't play lots.

Are the journalists of the opinon that putting Timo in the game would make us win? Are they not seeing the way our bigs are being hacked ?

Of all the Cleveland sports heartbreaks of the last 25 years this one hurts the most because we would have won the title if not for 2 fluke injuries.

The Kelly Olyjerk play changed everything.

Kyrie wouldnt have had to press it on that knee. LeBron would be well rested. JR Smith would just be a spot up shooter, etc etc etc.

Its just a damn shame and a BS play.

we have to at least try to hack iggy right? at least in the 4th, when the cavs get tired and the warriors go on their run. curry will win mvp cause he's perfect, but iggy is the reason they're winning this series
Tired.. all those threes were contested. a couple plays were miscommunication. at least 6 guys had 4 fouls and lebron ended with 5. Green went 7-10 who knows next game iggy might go for 9-10. hacking the worse free throw shooter is situation. It doesnt really matter who you foul if you arent gonna box out and take that rebound.

If he does it will make me vomit. They will be fellating him for being league and finals MVP, putting him in the same category as Lebron and Jordan and its a joke.
As of today, Bron is Finals MVP. If they give it to Curry it will truly be an injustice.

Aren't you rooting for a winner right now? We're in a best of three series to win the championship right now. Sure we might not win the ultimate prize but a year ago we had Andrew Bynum and a bunch of scrubs running the team into the ground. We started 19-20 when we had to play Miller and Marion heavy minutes (there's a reason why we aren't running Marion out there) and were able to swing a trade for key players.
I guess it boils down to would you have wanted us to lose in the second round to Chicago or lose in the Finals? Regardless I'm proud of this team in the way that they handled adversity and kept playing hard in the middle of a playoff run without their best players.

I guess that's all that really matters to me at this point. I wanted for LeBron who I've wasted so much time following to be the GOAT. Not top 5, not top 3, but the greatest of all time.

I don't want him to be 31 years old, past his prime, entering the 2016 post season with a 2-4 finals record. Yay we might win a championship at some point or maybe not (i.e. OKC outlook after losing 2012 finals), just annoying to lose when you were capable of finishing the deal.

I wouldn't even feel right beating a crippled team.

If LeBron puts up another game like tonight and this goes 7, it is a travesty if he doesn't win MVP in a losing effort.

Through 5 games:

37 points, 12 rebounds, 9 assists......2 triple doubles.

If he doesn't get MVP, they might as well throw the trophy away.

The Kelly Olyjerk play changed everything.

Kyrie wouldnt have had to press it on that knee. LeBron would be well rested. JR Smith would just be a spot up shooter, etc etc etc.

Its just a damn shame and a BS play.

I understand that injuries are part of the game but can we have one damn game where the referees are impartial? That to me is the biggest shame. Even Soccer has incorporated goal line technology and other sports are turning to technology to get a better verdict out but NBA seems to be hell bent on sticking with them - It almost feels like the NBA is an exclusive rich mans betting game.
