Regardless of a last minute trade or waiving him, thanks for that 3rd Quarter of game 7! Will always love you for that! Take care JR.

The real woj bomb of JR getting waived. Looks like Rich Paul will lose another client this week.
Nice kicker by Altman. I'm sure someone will sign him to the vet minimum.
Can we go ahead and move this shit to around the NBA now?
That’s a pleasant surprise. With Danny Green, KCP, & THT already with the Lakers, don’t be surprised if JR signs with the Clippers, Rockets, Bucks. or Sixers. Ironically, he could be competing for a spot with his former teammate, Kyle Korver.
He also hasn’t played basketball in a year. The last two years worth of sample in which he did play, he was absolutely dreadful...He's a guy who was so disruptive when he didn't get the minutes he wanted that the team actually paid for him to sit home rather than be anywhere around the team. That's the kind of thing a team has to consider when signing him. His "good J.R." period seems to have been rather limited, and restricted to that period when he was good enough to be a starter while hanging around LBJ.
Diminished skills aside...doesn't exactly seem like the type of guy in which other teams should be very interested.

In addition to what you say about his locker room antics.
I would want no piece of him if I’m an NBA team. He’s effectively retired.

Yea I don't think his market will be wide at all. I think the Cavs gave him the opportunity to show what he could be in the next phase of his career and he pretty much failed the test. I'm not sure who even takes the risk at this point. Maybe Houston because they have no depth.
