2019 CFP Fiesta Bowl | #2 Ohio State vs. #3 Clemson | November 28th, 2019 @ 8 PM EST

Endlessly tired of fans blaming refs, speaks to an overall lack of accountability

Dobbins is a legend for that performance.

Three FG inside the 20, murder.

Calls just didn’t go their way. No shame in it, play with that on your shoulder next season.

Dobbins is unfortunately why we were kicking field goals. That screen was a home run if he doesn't try to run before the catch. Thin line between legend and goat.

Ohio State is better but Clemson happened to win on this day. The big takeaway is there is no longer a gap between OSU and any other program.

100%. You can’t settle for three against a team like Clemson and expect to win.

That said, officiating can absolutely disrupt the flow/dynamic of a football game. Does it look different without the targeting call or overturned fumble?

Doesn’t matter at this point. Bucks have a pretty favorable schedule next year. I wouldn’t be shocked to see return trip to the playoffs.

I think the question marks for next year is who they get for a DC, if Teague will be a bell cow RB or if they will have to use a committee, and how deep the WR room will be with 3 seniors leaving.

I know Garrett Wilson and Olave will be back at WR while Saunders might get a 6th year but there is little experience behind them.

Teague has shown flashes and McCall could finally break out in his senior season but they had a extremely proven player in Dobbins this year.

Also is there someone waiting in the ranks to be the next premier Edge rusher. It always seems like someone is slotted to be ready to step up but this year there doesn't seem to be anyone clear cut.

That was...heartbreaking.

The running game with Teague will be unruly.

4/5 starters presumably returning up front, Fields and a lethal group of weapons. Plus a defense that is going to fly.

We’ll see, but better things could be ahead and I can’t expect anything less than a chip on their shoulder now. They know those calls didn’t go their way, that just feeds the beast.

Zach Harrison SHOULD be that guy.

It sucks that we had a number of mistakes when we could have won this game. Dobbins drop sucked. Miscommunication on that game-ending pick is brutal. Giving up the game-winning TD drive was horrendous, worst series of the year by our defense.

It's not really debatable that we got fucked by the refs as well.

I can only take solace in the fact that I missed most of the game, including the controversial shit, while flying home. Can't imagine how pissed I'd be is I had to sit through it all.

Fuck Clemson. Put an asterisk on their record against us now. I wanna beat those fuckers so bad. LSU better cream them otherwise we were robbed of a national title.

That was ... heartbreaking. Really tough calls. Not sure how you can call targeting when the other player drops his helmet well after your player is in the tackling motion.

Dobbins dammit

This Clemson team is good but not great. OSU very well may be the best team this year but we will never know now. I certainly think they are better than Clemson.

But...so many mistakes I love Ryan Day but that loss is 100% on him. The punt block is inexcusable. Your offense looks great, just get the ball back. You don’t need a ST score.
