2019 CFP Fiesta Bowl | #2 Ohio State vs. #3 Clemson | November 28th, 2019 @ 8 PM EST

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Fields least favorite QB.

Sexton favorite Cav.

Makes sense.

To me it just feels like this is a stop he had to make to go to the NFL. Maybe he will feel like more of a Buckeye next year.

Bucks should have been up double digits at half even with penalties. The targeting call was technically correct by the rule book. The overturned fumble was 50/50 in my opinion. In real time it didn't look like a catch. In slow mo it did. Not sure where you draw the line there.

The fact is OSU allowed the targeting call to rattle them. You could tell from the interview with Day at the half. They were still in control of the game at that point and they allowed everything to unravel following that play. That's on them, not the refs.

Pretty much every time a door was left open Clemson capitalized. That's what good, experienced teams do.

Lots of questionable play calling and decision making in the second half. OSU had no answer for Lawrence running the ball all game.

Bottled up their WRs all game.

Hit Lawrence over and over and over.

And Just choked. Dropped tds, horrendous punt block call, not going for 2, then...jist playing not to lose when a first down almost ends the damn game.

And our wide outs were beating them all night.

We needed to go deep more.

Hopefully this is a learning experience for Day. He let off the gas at points while being overly aggressive with that block punt.

I'm not sure how this game turns out if Dobbins couldn't tough it out.

Good game.

I do think, stepping back, LSU probably has the best team this season.

Seeing OSU receivers beating Clemson defenders all night leads me to believe LSU is gonna win that game.

Oh well. Officiating blew ass but we still had numerous chances to seal it up. Some Of those mental errors reared their ugly head at the worst moments.

Onto 2020. Wish I could say we’ll be back here
But you just never know. Defense will have new faces.

Feel awful for Dobbins. Ran his ass off only to get injured. That field was awful. It felt like someone lost there footing every play.

Dobbins gave so much throughout the whole season. Kind of sucks that Teague couldn't get anything going in this game and McCall never could break out to be part of the offense.

Killer drops by Dobbins. Refs were bad at best. Don't see how you could overturn the fumble. Clear possession, multiple steps.

Punt block call exploded in our faces. Not going for two. Hated punting it back to Clemson only up two. That drive needed to end in points or turnover on downs in my opinion. I know the D was playing well, but I have seen the soft D rip my heart out too often. Make them stuff Dobbins multiple times.

The play-calling on 2nd and 3rd down on OSU's last drive really confused me.

2nd & 5 (I think) - Stretch play to Dobbins for no yards. Dobbins was having great success on zone reads. I don't know why you ask a guy with a hobbled ankle to try to get to the corner. Doesn't make a lot of sense.

3rd & 5 - Short slant that was throw behind the marker.
