The Chubb-Hub Yardage Delivery Service

Pretty sure that, if he hadn't shredded his knee, he'd have been the 1B to Barkley's 1A in that RB class from a draft capital perspective. He had 1760 scrimmage yards as a freshman and averaged 7.1 yards per carry. As a sophomore, he was averaging 8.1 YPC and had almost 750 yards in six games before he tore up his knee. He never got above 6.0 per carry again during his college career, but I think we can safely assume that was probably because he was still recovering from a major knee injury.

If he never gets hurt, I don't think there's any way he falls to round two, at least assuming his production didn't fall off significantly.
A Chubb without injury? He likely goes top 10.

Well there is definitive proof that Chubb is better than Henry

Seen it live, sry

While Henry is very good, Chubb has been elite since he got in the league. It took a Henry about a year and half to find his footing in this league.

If you can prevent him from getting to the second level, you can make him look pedestrian because he isn't going to win tough battles with shiftiness. He just wants to bowl you over.

Chubb is the better runner. I don't think it's much of a debate despite what the media may try to force down our throat. They should know by now that Chubbs being forced down people's throats leads to clicks as well. I mean just look at Pornhub's popularity.

Has anyone ever seen a RB who every single week si good for a 20+ yard run. Every week?

Even more that that.......after watching him for this long, there was a play where the Titans stopped him for no gain and my brain almost short circuited.

Just over and over, I am so used to seeing him get downhill, even if it is for 2-3 yards where he plowed someone over or bounced off of a tackle. Getting stopped for no gain felt like a loss of 5 yards, which speaks to just how unbelievably good he is every week.

This.

I'm still not a huge Derrick Henry fan, or a believer in Tennessee's offense.

Chubb is the best runner in the NFL, and the only back in the past five years who would challenge him for that title is prime Le'Veon Bell.

Agreed on the Bell front. They do have a similar running style and both possess (or at least Bell did when he trusted his offensive line) excellent patience. Chubb had patience from his first snap, which is usually the hardest adjustment for rookie RBs to make. Finding the hard holes when they're not right in front of you. Something Henry still struggles with 5 years into the league.

Chubb > Henry.

2015 Adrian Peterson was still a man amongst boys at age 30 so I’d throw him in there. His last good season.

Can you imagine if Chubb has the kind of longevity Peterson has had.

That's a good one that I forgot about.

I think AP is superhuman when it comes to his athleticism at RB, especially through injuries and age. I don't compare any RB to him, the same way I wouldn't compare anyone in the NBA to LeBron.

Oh, I believe big time in the Titans offense, but it has little to do with Henry.

AJ Brown and Corey Davis are AWESOME. When Jonnu Smith is healthy? That passing offense is really hard to stop.

Agree with this.

My saddest moment was that once Henry became useless, my dream of him truck sticking Sendejo evaporated into thin air.
