2021 Draft Lottery

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Mobley has a higher center of gravity, which isn't ideal for a bruiser under the basket. His high center of gravity helps him complete that flip.

That said, he is a perimeter-oriented seven footer. As long as his outside shot comes along, ho-ly hell... I'm just thankful Kevin Porter Jr. was an asshole to his father at USC.
what's this story?

KPJ's personality issues at USC were well documented. Mobley's father was an assistant coach at the time... now Mobley has sent a message to Houston that he's not dying to join up.

2+2= me likey.
Holy shit, I had never thought of that. (Warning: Faulty Logic Ahead...) So by aggressively trading back into the first round to take KPJ only to have the ensuing shit show lead to him ending up with the team that would go on to win the #2 pick, we may have caused Mobley to end up in Cleveland?? Koby out there playing some fucking 4D chess!!

I'd rather we draft a mediocre player because otherwise if we landed a potential stud, then in 2 years his value will drop as he would command a max offer that we won't be able to afford and no one would want to trade for not knowing if he would resign; so we would have to try and trade him a year and a half early and it would just not work out since we won't get any solid assets in return. Then we keep him disgruntled and he inevitably finds a better long term home and we sit here crying hopelessly. ;) ;)

You ok?

You get the irony with the exact situation with Sexton? I was making a play on that.
I mean, I get what you were going for, but it's so far removed from reality I figured it'd be better to just check on you rather than give it a response.

So, are you ok? I notice that you dodged the question and that has me worried for you.

So many posts today on Twitter asking why the fan base is melting down about Sexton.

I get it.

*Checks thread title*

How about this #3 overall pick? You stoked or what?
Heading into the draft lottery, if you told me we'd leave Thursday night with Barnes, I'd have been happy. Getting one of Cade/Green/Mobley is just awesome.

Cavalier basketball is getting fun again.

Asset accumulation mode isn't fun to me. This #3 pick moves us out of that mode and into a stage where winning basketball games is our number one priority.

I was just painting a hypothetical pretend merry-go-round scenario that would be torture but I don't think that resonated with you :D. But have no worries amigo, I am doing vey well. I am super excited for tomorrow. #3 Mobley FTW.
