Man, I just learned how to spell Kabengele! Wonder what this means for the end of the roster? All that matters is that a Man Called X is joyful. Cavs win.
 
Wonder who takes Thomas' spot as the 2 way?
Ballock and Nembhard are still on the training camp roster.

Kabengele and Thomas were both horrible in summer league.

Who knows who takes the 2 Way spot. Now we have both 2 Way spots open. I kinda hope they look at some players with higher upside around the league. The camp invites we had are not exciting. Ballock, Guy, Nembhard, Tacko. Are all so meh.
 
Would Okoro benefit from playing a big role in the G-league? And waiting till an injury would open up playing time on the main roster.
 
Windler showing signs of life might honestly be what cost Broderic Thomas his job and not someone else.

We needed someone to come off the bench and make 3s.

Would never happen. I think the extra development could probably help him but it would be such a bad look for Koby to have his #5 pick from last year sent to the G League.
 
That this should happen on Tuesday speaks volumes!

Interesting. Tacko doesn’t count towards the 15 man roster since he’s on a 2-way contract. The Cavs now have one open roster spot and one open 2-way contract. My guess is they’ll scan the waiver wire.

Unless something changed with Tacko he was only signed to a camp deal. Did they convert his deal recently?

Glad Thomas is gone but if they opted for Tacko over Kabengele they made the wrong choice imo
The guy is not a good basketball player at all just a side show
