Losing 2 winnable games with a ton of good mixed with some horrible stretches of bad basketball seems more daunting when you realize the next 5 games looks like this:

Atlanta Hawks
Denver Nuggers
Los Angeles Clippers
Los Angeles Lakers
Phoenix Suns

Somebody in NBA scheduling hates the Cavs LMAO.
 
some definite positives but yeah we are falling apart in the 4th quarter and as much as I felt we may be decent defensively and hard to score on with 3 7footers in the lineup that’s just not the case yet.

happy to see Colin roll and really want Rubio to stay in the starting lineup.

i mean I would rather the game ended at the start of the 4th because the first 3 were good compared to last few seasons.
Team still is not used to each other imo and not communicating well enough defensively

He had 1 until literally his last minute of action. So for 26 minutes Allen had 1 rebound. In two games, he has exactly 1 offensive rebound.

Sexton scored at a premium today, definitely a top scorer who's respected as doing so in the league

Rubio put up traditional PG numbers and had the team playing well until the 4th qtr collapse

Mobley had a small game but collected stats all around, 2 steals and 2 blocks stands out to me

This team needs Windler at the 3 in the worst way. Lauri is not the guy.

Okoro is just lost in the shuffle, he does nothing that stands out and gives you reason to believe. I don't know what kind of GM drafts SG, PG, SG with their top pick in 3 years. But its not ideal.

Allen, great finishing ability, but 1 rebound is unacceptable.

We are scoring the basketball this season though. Still going to lose alot of ball games. We might have an abysmal record to start the year.
 
Mobley, Rubio and Sexton combined for 14 turnovers. That is fucking awful.

Mobley is gonna make a lot of rookie mistakes if he plays over 30mpg, but Rubio is the veteran here. He had 6 TO's all by himself and most of those were unforced errors. He's trying to do a bit too much.

I'd like to see some more patient ball movement. We don't have to shoot or drive after one pass.
 
I'm not a JBB fan at all but Koby's the one who needs to take some responsibility. It took them 2 years to find a backup PG but this Pangos guy as the 3rd PG doesn't look like he belongs in the NBA.

How can Koby go 4 years without even trying to address the problem at the wing. The Hornets' wing players killed us tonight and ATL will do the same thing tomorrow. Cavs can hang for 2-3 quarters but over an entire game those big physical wings are going to eventually win out in today's NBA.
