It’s all mental for him. With the Cavs he may change his approach. At least I am hoping he will. Understand his value as a playmaker, like he did last night.True, and that's something I just wrote about in the LeVert thread – he's a talented and willing passer when he has to act purely on instinct, on the move.
But when he gets the ball in a stagnant half court set, he starts "surveying the defense" and dribbling, and the passing part of his game takes a back seat. That's not OK on this team.
IMO it's important to keep him moving all the time. That's also on JBB, he has to create a framework that turns guys into the best versions of themselves.
