So the Cavaliers are paying for Bally Sports + service to full and half season ticket holders so they can stay engaged in the games.
It would be nice if the G's do that for their ticket holders next year. Hint, hint.
The Guardians aren't on that service, and that service probably won't exist too much longer once the leagues buy the networks.

I expect Oscar to be the full time DH in the playoffs. That makes room for Straw’s glove and Brennan’s bat.
The FO appears to be looking for any opp to get Oscar out of the lineup and Brennan's hot bat is providing that.

They give free MLB.tv to anyone with at least a 20 game pack (or at least they used to, not sure about this year).

That would actually be a nice perk.

If Kwan is top 10 in the majors in OBP, bats .300 and is Gold Globe outfielder again next year we wouldn’t give him an extension?

Seems he should be our leadoff guy for the next five years no?

I run OOTP play throughs a lot and honestly the right time for most extensions is right after season two... They will look at trying to get Kwan the same type of extension as Straw. I mean if Kwan asks for an extension and asks within reason, they will do it, but it's not something Cleveland plans to do now. Gimenez is after season two and so is TMac, but they are before Arb 1, so that's the time Cleveland tries to target players for extensions, near or at Arb 1, after they have two seasons in the bigs...

From what I have heard on here, it seems like the people who run Cleveland season tickets don't have an understanding of how customer service works and how to get people to join...

Cavs on the other hand, have been super good at getting people. They treat them very well...

I mean, if you do season tickets, you should get some type of free jersey, hat etc and/or a gift card for a few hundred bucks for the team shop/shopping gear online with chances to win prizes all season exclusive to season ticket holders. Special events before certain games and/or early access to the ball park. Go to Cleveland games, you don't see them do batting practice... You get automatic promotional night items etc...

I feel like the Cavs have always done that for the fans... Even when they stunk, after LeBron left, they found ways to keep up attendance...

Guardians season ticket staff SUCKS.

I still remember when I was first trying to buy season tickets. I was in contact with the rep, said that I was interested in purchasing two season ticket plans, and then they never responded. Just ghosted me. I even sent a second email and still nothing.

I abandoned that guy and went through the website and got put right back with that guy. Just miserable, miserable customer service for a scenario where I'm trying to hand you money.

I never had a positive, easy experience with them whenever I had to work with them.

The website and the ticket app? Great. Never had an issue.

2nd or 3rd person just on this board alone who has exclaimed massive disappointment regarding season ticket stuff...

That should be considered alarming IMO.

Hopefully a nice little playoff run rejuvenates everyone. Steal a page from the Cavs playbook, they seem pretty good at this stuff.

I mean, my experiences aren't recent. I made my initial season ticket purchase in 2016 and abandoned it when I moved out into the suburbs.

I have no idea what things are like now--but they definitely left a lasting taste in my mouth, especially when I know how the Cavs treat season ticket holders.

One is a white glove VIP service. The other is hoping your ticket number gets called at a cheap butcher.
