How is it possible that Love scored 29 points and 8 rebs in only 22 mintes on only 14 shots and yet didnt have the best game for the Cavs.

Yes Donnovan is a bad man. (and that almost rebound where he got 3 inches higher than Randall....holy shit)

As good a fit as Love is with this young team, LBJ would be that fit. In terms of tempo, selflessness, humility...just not a fit at all.

It's an 82 game season. This game, your take on Cedi rings true.

But he has been a big part of several other wins this season so far. Role players(Cedi, Love, LeVert, Wade) will have up and down games. We have to judge them in totality, not 1-2 game stretches.

I am willing to judge Cedi on his overall play this season as each week goes by and not go off his past.

This isnt a knock on Wade, its more of a Lauri has been beasting, playing at an all star level so far. He was always the one thing we gave up that hurt the most. I do the trade 10 out of 10 times, Mitchell has been on another plannet for us, but Wade isnt Lauri. But damn has Wade been good for us. Just does anythign that is asked and needed.

Also think, soon Wade will be the 3rd person off the bench once Garland comes back. 4th when Rubio. When a Dean Wade is your 9th best player, you have a really fucking good team.

I’m just giddy. Seventy percent of our team had an off night and we just steamrolled. Always defense and stops. That’s how we get these sick runs. Mobley. Allen, and Okoro continuing to defend even on off shooting nights. Off shooting career in Okoros case. We have such a nice blend of scoring and defense. Props to JBB for rolling with lineup I thought doomed to fail.

LOL, exactly. Wade has been out playing Sexton. I am not a team Sexton guy, not suprised that he has been a bit exposed in Utah, but i love his attitude and hard work.

Okay, time for individual stats. Woowee, do we have some hellacious stats.

Starters:
Wade 22-4-3 on 8-11 fg 6-8 3 pt in 33 minutes. Solid SF work.
Mobley 16-7-3 with steal and block in 34 minutes. Solid game.
Allen 6-13-1 in 26 minutes. Had an off night. and was still good.
LeVert 1-3-8 in 29 minutes. A night from hell for Caris.
Mitchell 38-3-12 with a steal and 2 blocks in 37 minutes. We needed everything he gave us and his rebounds were timely and amazing.

Bench, aka the Kevin Love show 38-13-3 in 22 minutes.
Lopez 2-0-0 in 9 minutes.
Osman 3-0-0 in 15 minutes
Love 29-8-0 in 22 minutes. 8-13 from 3 1-1 from 2, and 3-3 from FT.
Neto 2-1-3 in 11 minutes, with some aggressive defense.
Okoro 2-4-2 with a steal and a block in 21 minutes. His best game of the year.
Stevens, Diakite, 0-0-0 in 18 seconds
