Damn. I thought we were getting him BACK!
Every Russians personal nightmare right now
Can we all keep in mind that when he was here (even Ben) was like this dude is not the guy and he must go…
Do we like Lauri now ?
Clamoring for what once was….
Not true, you’re incorrect.Revisionist history, not true…people saw potential and were eager to see what he’d do this year
You mean the same board that was certain that Josh Allen would be the Worst QB Ever? That laughs whenever you call for re2pect for one Derek Jeter? Same board that was all aghast that Draymond was given even a dollar more than TT? I'm shocked they/we could ever be wrong. Can we all keep in mind that when he was here (even Ben) was like this dude is not the guy and he must go…

I am actually going to boast for once and will say that the week he was acquired from Chicago, I said to @RchfldCavRaised as we were talking about RRJ, that the Bulls were idiots who completely misused him after his rookie year, that Markk could easily be a 20/10 type guy and Love's successor, and an All-Star player within the next couple seasons, and that the price the Cavs paid, and his contract, were utter steals. You mean the same board that was certain that Josh Allen would be the Worst QB Ever? We've always loved Lauri. How could one not love his beautiful Scandinavian good looks, his 7 foot frame, his range, his blonde locks? Cavs were handed a big man with range, the 'stretch 4' this website ogled for years, a perfect replacement for the last Stretch 4 who deadcat bounced in 2022. We found the replacement for Love... But it just wasn't meant to be.
But hey, the deal has been done, and we get Donovan Mitchell, warts and all. We can still love our Lauri from afar, like no doubt his pure heart does us. Hopefully the Cavs can find a 1/2 star and Mobley can finish The Ascension to SuperStar so DM can drift into his true calling: 3rd star on a title team.

I really wish he could have stayed.
But here is the question, hypothetically, do you send Allen instead to Utah in Markk's stead?
Could the Cavs play Markk at the 3 without a defensive talent like Allen at C?
