Browns and old WRs that were mediocre in college, a tale as old as time with this regime. They have to be arguably the worst college WR scouts in the league and I like David Bell.
For what it's worth, Bell was young. He was 21 years old his entire rookie season. He was also very productive in college (232 catches, 2,946 yards, 21 TDs in 29 games). He's just a horrifically bad athlete.
Tillman was the one who was older than the Browns usual guardrails - he's actually 8 months older than Bell despite being drafted one year later - and not that productive (109 catches, 1,622 yards, 17 TD in 24 games).
