2009-2010 Pre-Season Game 3 VS Olympiacos B.C.

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
hmm sounds like even windy is wondering why jj got only 1min of playing time:

"PDcavsinsider J.J. Hickson played just 1:26 in first half. He's not hurt, will check after game. We were not advised of any issue."

Boobie still concerns me. He is playing point guard but makes no effort to get open for the inbounds pass, so Lebrons been taking it up the floor. He's also sketchy at running the plays. Good to see him knocking down some shots though.
Pretty sure they are just saving JJ for the 2nd half, to get him used to when he will be playing in the regular season. Also it looks like Browns main focus is to figure out what to do with the bottom of the roster, which is why darnell jawad karl barrett are playing so much.

I'm really digging these new warmups ...

As long as he continue to hustle on both ends of the floor and work great in the post, I'm okay with him starting. Those slashes to the basket and the way he's been finishing, have been awesome to watch. He's gonna get a lot of tip ins from Shaq, and with both of them in then post this year is gonna be good asset.

Your past favorite cav is Larry Hughes...? Really?

Then again...who doesnt miss these stat lines...:http://www.nba.com/playerfile/larry_hughes/game_by_game_stats.html

Then again, he didn't play very much :chuckles:

It's very possible he'll get a significant amount of PT this half.

Hey, I was as down on Boobie as anyone last year, but when he plays good, solid basketball he should be recognized.

What we know about Boobie- Knockdown shooter when healthy, shows up for big games.

What is a question mark- His ability to run a team even for small stretches.

If he makes plays during the season like he has tonight, he's going to be a huge asset to this team. His shooting will be there as long as he's healthy.

I hope your right but I'm convinced some of it is psychological. As far as his point guard abilities, I'd rather not have to go down that road. Boobie's a one-trick pony IMO, and I doubt he'll ever be much of a PG. I don't care if he plays a few minutes at the point, but we can't have him play any signficant minutes there.

andy runnin the fastbreak hell yeah

haha that was an epic fail waiting to happen. he finished it though

Do you remember during the detroit series (last year) when Z led the fastbreak when we were in detroit? oh man that was great.

You can really see how much Malone is using Shaq to set screens away from the ball to open up open shots. It's working nicely so far in preseason.

I have to agree with inBoobiewetrust. Although he has missed some wide open shots, he is making some nice passes and still shooting a good %. Gotta keep in mind though, this is only the preseason...and were facing some greek team. Not the NBA talent that we will be facing every game of the season.
