2009 - 2010 Preseason Game 6 @ Mavs

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Well, this was a good chance for Moon to show what he can do. I wish he'd been here last year.

so the cavs with half the team sick and all of the starts sitting lost to the mavs by 10. call me unconcerned.

this team could beat half the teams in the NBA without doing much more than showing up. hopefully they dont play like that, however i full expect them to have 60-70 wins by the end of the season and be within the top 3 of the league.

Blown away by the people getting un-nerved by the pre-season results...

This preseason reeks of 2 years ago coming off the Finals berth and the lackluster season we had as a result of the crazy preseason.

I don't like it.

No it doesn't.

The things that have happened this pre-season(Delonte's mental issues, a slew of minor injuries),happened last year. We went 66-16.

We'll be fine.

Thanks for the faith. We'll still need luck to clinch the conference and league, but if we get this shit under control before the regular season starts, we can hope that Mike and players can get themselves familiar with all the offensive and defensive sets. At least with the last pre-season, we got familiar early on.

So when exactly do we get optimistic posts from you?

Call it how I see it. Dont like it? Fair enough. Dont read.

Someone already said this team wont be ready to play by season's start, but of course, you didn't mind that. Get over it.

Yeah, but you're wrong.

What are you basing this off of again?

Yeah, but you're wrong.

What are you basing this off of again?

I'm wrong that this feels (to me) like 2007-2008 again?

The fact that this is an opinion means nothing? Okay. What am I basing this on?

-Influenza outbreak
-Nagging injuries
-Delonte's emotional issues

Those are three I can think of. That's a lot of crap to deal with. Not saying it will affect the team; saying it could, like the hold outs and garbage in 2007 did.

People can look the other way and say there is no chance and that we're 110% ready to fire on quadruple cylinders, though, if it helps them.

-Influenza outbreak
-Nagging injuries
-Delonte's emotional issues

The first two mean almost nothing. Is a week of the flu midway through the preseason really going to have an effect? I'm thinking these "injuries" to Andy, Gibson, Green, etc, are just reasons to list these guys as inactive. They'd be playing during the regular season/playoffs.

Think about it. This team is 10 times better than the 2007-08 team. LeBron is 10 times better alone. The chemistry is way better despite Delonte just getting back. The chemistry of our 2007-08 team was definitely questionable.

No need to be extremely optimistic, just don't be pessimistic.

lol your "theory" about injuries not actually being injuries is just...wow. Blatant assumption making, which is fine, but let's not act like it's fact. But fine. Y'know what? Fine, okay.

Everything's fine. Everything's fine. Sorry I said anything.

Fair enough. I don't think it will though. The Delonte deal is definitely a concern, but the other two I'm not really worried about.

The best TC is the one you dont hear much about. All I'm saying, this one has been a circus.

That's it. I'm done!

I agree we'll be fine, but Delonte's mental issues are an entirely different animal at this point. Hopefully he'll get back soon, but who really knows how it will end up with him.

Disagree....they're the exact same issues he/we dealt with last year.....except this year he'll be suspended a few games because of the legal issue.

GO CAVS!
