2013-2014 Bold Predictions Thread

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
- TT becomes an All-Star
- Kyrie is in discussion for MVP
- Bynum drops 20/10 in the first game against Philly
- Karasev is starting by december
- We beat the Heat at home in the regular season
- We make the playoffs as #5 seed and win every home game. We beat the Knicks in the first round and shock Miami in a series that goes to 7 games and is the beginning of the most heated rivalry the NBA has ever seen.

Kyrie and Love become a devastating combination and carry us deep into the playoffs...

Kyrie and Love become a devastating combination of no defense...

fify and from the last thread.
One of our top5 picks is moved at the deadline

We're winning it all. You have to be delusional at some level to be a fan of a Clevelands sports team so might as well go big
-Bynum and AV stay healthy - providing us All-star level production at the C
-TT makes the jump borderline All-star player or better
-KI becomes an MVP candidate
-Dion becomes a legit starting calibre SG - putting in a PER of 18 which is pretty darn good for a SG nowadays in the NBA
-Karasev take over the starting SF role by the end of the year because Gee, Clark, and Miles suck
-Bennett can actually finish a game without oxygen which by the end of the season, the Cavs consider it a win

Which will really come in handy when we play that exhibition game on the moon...

Injuries lead the Cavs to sign Drew Gooden before the season is over.

Why not? We already brought Diop back for a cup of coffee.

50 Wins
Kyrie is 3rd in MVP voting
TT is on the All Star team & wins MIP
Bynum plays 55+ games
We host a playoff series...yeah I said it

1. Kyrie Irving finishes third in MVP voting.
2. Anderson Varejao plays in 70+ games.
3. Tristan Thompson averages > 14 PPG
4. The Cavaliers finish top-10 in the league in team defense.
5. We finish with the 5th best record in the East and win a playoff series.

51 wins, 5th seed. Kyrie #3 MVP behind Durant and LeBron. Tristan in the All Star game as a sub for an injured old guy that shouldn't be there anyway. Bynum averages 12-8 and plays in the majority of games. I'm not sure I can get more bold than that.

Tristan Thompson hits at least eight three pointers and shoots better than 70% from the line.

After watching the latest Uncle Drew commercial, Chris Grant signs Maya Moore and she solves our SF problems.

Kyrie drops 60+ in a game.

This is a lot more bold than it might seem. Nobody in the league has scored 60 since Kyrie has been in the league. The last time it was done was Kobe in 2009. In fact, it's only been done nine times since 2000 and five of those times it was Kobe that did it.

I am aware of how bold it was. But I didn't feel like 50+ was quite bold enough. I feel like that's almost likely (considering he's hit 40 twice).
