2016 NFL Season Thread

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
What's the sentiment amongst Minnesota fans about the trade?

I actually think Bradford is a decent starter in the right situation. But your pass protection...woof. And a 1st round pick for a guy of his talent level and with only 1 year left? Yikes.

Not even that. A 1st round pick for a guy with his injury history. Dude could be done week two and then they're out of a QB and a 1st rounder next year. I can't believe they couldn't of had him for a 2nd or 3rd. Not like anyone would be busting down the door for him.

That Philly pick looking better and better.

I dont see how kneeling or sitting does anything. Use your NFL money and invest it in programs for people in the inner city.

What program do you invest in to stop police brutality and racial inequality?

I don't have the disposable income these guys do. However I do volunteer as a tutor through my grade school, coach basketball, and am on the board of a non-profit for a drug rehabilitation center.

What a punt by Lee.

Carolina as a whole is looking very impressive against a great defense.

Didn't know Ken Dorsey was a QB coach for Carolina.

Those are all great things and I respect and commend you for that. What I was saying is while all the things you mentioned are good none of them actually prevent the very thing they are protesting which is police brutality and racial inequality.

Basically they're not protesting for lack of after school activities or drug rehabilitation. They're protesting police brutality and racial inequality. So if any player donated money to after school programs it wouldn't necessarily prevent police brutality.

I'm not trying to derail or start anything. Just trying to explain that "what" they are protesting should be the main topic of discussion and not how.

I chuckled a little when I heard that. For some reason that and the thought of DA being their back up make me laugh.

There are so many Post 99 Browns ties in this game. Dorsey, DA, Fozzy Whitaker, Andy Lee, TJ Ward, Jordan Norwood..

I don't understand the problem with the protest.

It's peaceful and it got people talking.

You want riots instead? I'd rather have a player I don't care about not stand up for a song i don't care about
