2017 Draft Prospects Thread

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Realize that this doesn't apply to this draft, but has Darnold jumped Rosen as top QB prospect?

Yes.

For me, at least. Both are very good with a ton of potential.

Sam Darnold
Josh Rosen
Lamar Jackson
Josh Allen
Luke Falk
Mason Rudolph
Pat Mahomes

Next years class has a ton of potential, will be interesting to see who rises to the top of that list.

Isnt Mahomes in this draft? Or is he staying?

Five guys at 12.

Jamal Adams
Reuben Foster
Malik McDowell
Malik Hooker
Ryan Ramcyzk

Remove Ramcyzk and add Garrett, Barnett, and Allen, and that's a whole lot of elite defensive talent at the top of the draft. As long as one of those drops to 12 (and assuming we pick Garrett at #1), and we can completely remake the defense into a pretty damn good unit quickly.

Maybe not the right place for this, but what was up with the recruiting rankings and USC QB's this year? Max Browne was the #1 recruit in his class and looked awful, and Sam Darnold was this 3/4 star prospect who looks like a future 1st rounder if he keeps developing.

Going to hear a ton about his IT factor, but he's way too raw for me.

That arm is legit though.

Ironically, just saw that Mahomes is going to announce he's declaring tomorrow.

You think Ramcyzk will be in the conversation at 12, even though he's probably going to have arthroscopic surgery soon? I'm in otherwise.

I think he's potentially the best tackle in the draft including Cam Robinson.

Tough to peg him not knowing the recovery and whether or not he'll be able to workout, but the labrum shouldn't be anything too long term.

Praise be if they can get him at the top of the second or something.

Where do you fall on the traditional vs PFF scouting argument on Cam Robinson? Seems like there's a huge gap between the traditional scouting guys who love him because of his insane measureables, while the PFF guys don't like his production (lots of penalties, bunch of sacks given up).

Not to mention some character concern there. Was arrested after being pulled over with weed and a stolen hand gun in the car.

Here's a question to be posed...

Where do we play this first round LTotF? Because, I really, really liked Shon Coleman in his little action yesterday. Big, mean, physical. Not sure if we draft another tackle just for him to sit?
