2019 CFP Fiesta Bowl | #2 Ohio State vs. #3 Clemson | November 28th, 2019 @ 8 PM EST

Boy man they got screwed. No way Wade should have been thrown out on that hit.

Getting more angry the more the day goes on.

Everything else could have Been the same and if all that happens is they dont eject wade we win.

This article really sums it all up perfectly:

Even with ALL that bullshit that didn't go our way, we still should have won the game. And if one thing, just one, did go our way, we do win.

And the shitty part of "go get em next year" is that we play in a real conference.

Clemson can reload with Freshman and still go undefeated because their conference sucks.

Fields hurt, Dobbins hurt, bad call on Wade, terrible call on the fumble return. Any one of those don't happen and Ohio State wins. Dobbins was the best player on the field until he got hurt.

But they had to score touchdowns in the red zone. Dobbins dropped two of them. If he catches them, they win. I don't understand the goal to go play calling though. Run the fucking ball.

Oh well. Next year the defense will take a step back, and so will the running game unless they have a stud freshman break out. I'm not a fan of Teague. He has no vision, no ability to make guys miss. He can only run straight ahead if they blow open a hole for him.

Does anyone have numbers on n who has the most targeting calls against them? I feel like OSU gets called constantly but our opponents never do.

Meanwhile, Clemson can lose whatever and reload and still go undefeated with Freshman and sophomores because their conference sucks ass.

Ohio State has to find a way to replace their entire defensive backfield and go win in Happy Valley.

Fields being hurt was still the biggest deal. IT's the entire reason the Wisconsin game was close. He couldn't run.

Next year they're gonna have to really work with him on getting the ball out quicker to take less hits. Probably need to think about just trying to run him less in the regular season too against the lesser teams.

If he's healthy and running we win the game going away.

EDIT: and I have to say I'm finding it VERY easy to root for LSU. Burrow makes it easy, but now I just want to see Clemson blown off the field.

This is what i been thinking. Clemson will be in it yearly.

The system is literally designed for Clemson (or some other ACC team) and at least one SEC team getting in every single year, without exception, at least until ESPN's contract for the playoff ends in 2025. This is ESPN's playoff and their conferences have automatic bids.

To be fair, the Clemson total domination of that entire region will only last as long as it takes FLorida State to get its shit together and then they'll ahve actual competition again and won't be going undefeated every single season even if they do have the best recruiting classes.

I dont get the Big 10 bowing down to them every year, either. Enough of this bullshit where every game is played in the SOuth or in California. I don't care about the goddamn cold weather. Do NFL teams play on neutral fields for the playoffs just because it's cold? What kind of bullshit is that?

So someone please explain why the biggest conference with the most money doesn't throw it's weight around and put an end to the absolute unfairness of where the bowl games are played? It's time.

Just read that its been two years in a row now that the SEC reffed the ACC champs game, while the ACC reffed the SEC champs game.

The ACC also reffed an SEC semifinal the previous year. The only reason an SEC crew didn't ref a game as well is because there were two SEC teams in the playoff that year.

This is fucking ridiculous. Why are ESPNs conferences reffing eachother's playoff games every year? How is this acceptable?

Money money money.
