Probably his single best decision as Cavs GM.

This sounds like the kind of faint praise fans would use for a Browns GM. Koby has done a pretty good job as GM in the Post LBJ Era, and I don't think unloading a troublesome player ranks up there. KPJ essentially forced their hand.

Saw his girl walked the statement back. She was a flash in the pan wnba player and a settlement with him was in retrospect easiest payday of her life. One gets the sense these people may be seeing their lives flash before their eyes at present. So glad this circus is far away from the Cavs. Koby gets an A+ on this one.

To be fair, abuse can make people act in all kinds of weird ways. Self-preservation often goes out the window.

I wouldn’t trust her most recent statement. But I also wouldn’t assume that she’s lying or out to hurt people.

She could be a maniac lying to ruin his reputation. She could also be an abused woman who is trying to downplay her attacker’s behavior because he’s insisting she do so.

He’s not which I’m sure he’d be motivated understanding this would be his last chance.

It's completely fine to be a fan of someone's game...I liked Porter more than most. However, when suggesting such an idea, you gotta understand the context of what you're suggesting. Evan Mobley hates Kevin Porter because of how KPJ treated his dad while he was at USC. KPJ got suspended from the team for being an ass to the staff--including Eric Mobley. KPJ being in Houston played into why Evan didn't want to be drafted there (can folks imagine Mobley and Sengun as a frontcourt tandem???).

Bringing KPJ (the player) back might sound enticing on 2K, but bringing back a guy who essentially got kicked off his 2nd team (at the time) in a row for bad behavior, after being in even worse legal trouble and getting kicked off his 3rd team in a row is NOT a good idea. Add in the issues between KPJ and the Mobley family, and its even worse an idea.
