To add to what Hockeyjohn said, Bieber, Plesac and Civale were all high command guys in College as well, so they were all polished pitchers, so higher floors, but had more question marks on how good their potential was and how well their stuff would translate to the pros. Plesac had tommy john his senior year of college, which puts a top 120ish prospect down to something like a 10th round plus prospect. The Indians have been targeting guys like this lately in the draft in those could say in those 4-10ish area rounds. I mean by sometime next summer we should see the 8th (Morgan), 9th (Karinchak) and 15th (Nelson) all in the tribe uniform at some time from the 2017 draft and the 2nd round (Sandlin), 4th Round (Scott) and 10th round (Broom) from the 18 draft. Now almost all of them outside of Morgan and maybe Scott, will be bullpen arms, but just getting that much talent that quickly to the pros like that is a testament to good drafting and development. They have their targets well picked out and focus on certain types of guys.
