2019 NFL Regular Season Thread

Switching to the game tonight, I feel like the NFL picked a fun matchup to kick things off this season. Sure Green Bay and Chicago are a rivalry, but both teams have an offense that is supposed to be greatly improved. Nagy is implementing everything he learned in Kansas City with a young core. LaFleur was the prized disciple of McVay who now gets Aaron Rodgers and a personnel that was supposed to be far more talented than the coaching allowed them to be in 2018. Hopefully we see a high scoring affair.

Or, both offenses will look like old rusty junkyards.

Trubisky just isn't that good. Bears offense looks like its playing in the stone age. I just can't take them serious, no matter how good their defense is.

Bears defense is already getting tired because their offense blows and can't stay on the field. Having an elite defense doesnt mean dick in this league, if your offense is just blah.

Trubisky has no arm. Corners are going to pick his noodle arm off.

I can’t believe how long Rodgers is holding the ball while blatantly obvious pressure is coming.

An another serious note:

He literally just took a sack, and didn't even look to contest down the field. Too worried about his passer rating I guess. Bizarre.

You got to take a chance, if you throw a pick its basically just a punt.

Bears got a QB problem. Trubisky looks like complete shit.

Anyone how many years the NFL has been in existence? They haven't mentioned it yet.

Rodgers arm don't look quite the same. Second time tonight he just couldn't quite get the ball there like he normally could. Risky thing with him, once his arm and legs go, not sure how great he'll be. Since he doesn't get rid of the ball fast like Brees and Brady.

That backyard football won't work when he's 38.
