2019 NFL Regular Season Thread

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Mike Pettine's defense looking pretty good.

Cowboys got to keep Rodgers in the pocket. If he rolls right, he will eat you up.

Not a good sign for Cowboys. If the Packers are going to run at will, with Rodgers, it's going to be tough to beat them.

There is no way you can call that a throw. It’d be tuck rule all over again

Such a horseshit call

Chargers are the Jekyll and and Hyde of the NFL. Just never really know about them.

9 receptions for 41 yds in the 1st half for Ekeler with Gordon back. Too bad I have him in a non-PPR league. But, looks like he will still be flex-worthy.

Their head coach said that Gordon's snaps would be limited this week as they ease him back into his role.

If you go back and read scouting reports before the draft they all said the same thing: he has incredible arm strength, is incredibly mobile and athletic, is great at reading the field, and has good footwork in the pocket. They also all said the same weakness: he played at Texas Tech.

This was a situation where teams looked for a reason to not trust Mahomes' college production. It was a big mistake.
I remember the caution flags with him were: poor team record in crappy conference, distrust of QB numbers from Big 12 And, and some lingering accuracy doubts. But none were red flags. Mitch was seen as the 'pro style' ready guy with the same caution flags, and that is what elevsted him.

I think Mahomes is a guy who also ended up in the right situation: playoff team where he could sit for a year and a HC who was willing to adapt his offense to fit his QB. Im not so sure he ends up as awesome and polished as quickly if he had ended up in a situation like, you know... Here. Right team, right time.

Arthur Blank said now is not the right time for a coaching change. I don't blame him. Tank, get a high pick, then fire Quinn. Their season is already over anyways.
