2019 NFL Regular Season Thread

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
All the shit talking about Dak, dude threw for 443 yards. Definitely didn't have his best game by any means.

Cowboys will be fine. They played bad, and still hung in there.

The Packers are going to need more out of Rodgers going forward. What gets lost in their hot start, he's not really playing that great. I can't think it will continue.

I don't know if that's good or bad for the Packers. It's good they're winning not relying so heavily on him. But they're going to need more out of him. I don't think the Packers are loaded with talent like other teams around the league.

The defense looks good, improved, but not great.

Cowboys' offense has put up a ton of yards all season. They're really good at pushing the ball downfield. Dak has just been shit because he is missing his starting all-pro LT as well as hist starting RT. Cowboys are better than they looked tonight.

I think they're the better team TBH. They just played really bad, and lost.

Chiefs run defense is absolutely putrid. Oh my goodness.

Jerry Jones being Jerry Jones. He's always throwing hissing fits after his team loses. Water being wet.

Man, we're 5 games into the season, bruh. I don't know why you can't understand that? Making definitive statements after just 5 games into the season, makes no damn sense to me.

The season is not defined by a week-to-week basis.

To write the Cowboys off as a fake team, this early, is absurd.

They didn't get destroyed. Bad mistakes was the difference in this game. Some questionable officiating didn't help. That third pick by Dak shouldn't have counted. There was clearly illegal contact that was not called. I hate the Cowboys, but that was pretty blatant.

But they lost. They didn't play their A game.

GB didn't come away way clearly the better team to me from that game. Not sure how we can conclude that, just because they won.

fair to compare mahomes to elway?

He just has that factor to him IMO.

That's got to be offense interference. Clearly pushed off.

But of course they give it on the defense.

I see a lot of people comparing Mahomes to prime Aaron Rodgers and I think that's very premature. He has to pass Russell Wilson first before he gets in Aaron Rodgers air. I never understood why people skip over Russell Wilson and go straight to Aaron Rodgers. Wherever you think Aaron Rodgers is Russell Wilson is right behind him.

I'm worried about this game. Mahomes has no protection and getting hit every down. And the defense is just bad. I don't know, it's going to be tough.

MIke Terico just said Chagers vs Steelers next Sunday night and Tony Dungy but out laughing. Both teams lost today. PIT will be 1-4 and on their 3rd QB.

He doesn't look very enthusiastic out there right now. I wouldn't bet against him though.

Yeah, but he's been trending downward for the last few years. This isn't just some very some blimp on the map.

Obviously he's still very good. But injuries might be finally taking its toll on him. He doesn't look quite the same. Can't always escape pressure like he used to, and his arm doesn't look quite the same.

Had an easy TD, and under throws the guy. I don't know. I'm not counting him out, but if he can't play better. I don't really believe in the Packers just yet.

If he starts playing like all-time great Aaron Rodgers, that's a different story.
