2019 Series #33 | Indians @ Blue Jays | July 22nd, 23rd, and 24th

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
One of the best pitching performances by any starter for any team this year. Don’t @ me.

Probably not far off, Bieber's 15 K's 5 hit, CG shutout back in May is right there with this one. A couple more hits but a handful more K's, needless to say this kid is pretty good.

Bieber, Plesac, Clevinger.

Marry, kill, fuck

This is way too easy.

Marry Bieber, Kill Plesac, Fuck Clevinger.

lol, my point was really that is a hell of a young pitching core to have behind vets like Bauer and Kluber and others.

Our team has 2 #1 pitchers plus 2 or 3 more pitchers who look good enough to be future #1's as early as 2 years maybe?

I wouldn't put Plesac in the convo with the others, hence why I killed him. His stuff doesn't really measure up to the other two, and I don't think his spot in the rotation should be etched in stone moving forward.

If we were healthy, we'd have 5 #1 pitchers, plus a front of rotation guy waiting in the wings with McKenzie.

Kluber, Bauer, Cookie, Bieber are all established up there. Clevinger, at the rate he was going to open the year, looked like he may have even been the best on the staff.

Don’t forget where Danys would be had he not been halted by injuries. When healthy, he had sick movement on his off speed stuff to go along with a live fastball.

Salazar has always had healthy issues, hence why some of us felt he should be a bullpen arm not a starter.
