Yes. This itself is worthy of termination.

Again, this isn't to insinuate that someone or anyone knew, but he did not keep the organization out of his business. They were very much intertwined.

Can I clarify something, the picture was just shirtless and nothing else uncovered?

I agree sending it to a friend of the woman you are having an affair with is bad taste but are we going to have to terminate a bunch of cops and firefighters who poise for calendars with this standard?

Will the next team dealing with MJ or Magic extra marital affairs have to cut their MVP player?

As I said before, there is a fine line that Mickey probably did cross. The question is when did the Indians realize it and should they have looked harder. But, in 2-3 months from summer to October 2017 what was the actual fireable offense? Yelling at co-workers??? ... mlb just fines or suspends managers for a few game if over the top. Sexually harassing co-workers? That is later after Indians. Flirting with women? Bad taste but you would have a bunch of construction crews in jail for whistling. Having an affair? Corporations would lose 1/3 staff tomorrow.

Indians should have found a new pitching coach after 2017 even if he didn’t leave. And they should have looked at their public imagine with him being a public figure before than (w girlfriends on road trips). However what is the crime? I thought that pic was full nude.

So basically what this boils down to, and i think something you are missing is employees have rights. An employer just cant go around firing anyone they want because they dont like what they do in their personal time. Serious question if your boss called you up and fired you because he found out you masturbate at home on your own personal time, what would you do? You would be on the phone in an instant with a lawyer, and for good reason. Legality of what the employee did is what turns the argument from a messy lawsuit to an easy justification for firing someone, so thats why legality matters.

As far as your final question, as I said the dude is an absolute professional. No one that doesnt know this dude outside of work would think he is a sexaddict

I’m not a lawyer, but I believe most employers operate on at-will employment. You can be fired for any non-discriminatory reason at any time.
