29-32 wins. If Bickerstaff has cojones to run Rubio most of the time with one of Garland or Sexton (depending which one has been on) to close them tight games, few more wins and fight for play-in is possible.

Ya I think Mobley can defend the 3 most nights. I actually thought there was a chance they'd start him at the 3 when we got Lauri but I felt like I was really over thinking the situation.

You either let Evan guard 3s or let Lauri do it with two great shot blockers behind him.
 
I will give JBB some credit. He tried to tinker the lineup to his liking and got shut down. (Talked out)

I am glad he did not continue to start Okoro in a position that was not suited to his skillset. I would like for Okoro to be involved in setting screens. He has a big body. He can set a screen and pop to his spot.

Not a fan of Koby at all. The Coach should be able to put the players in his preferred position. He is the Coach.

I think ultimately you see him flourishing next to Rubio & eventually taking the reigns at the SG spot once they find a new home for Collin.
 
Before the pre-season I thought the Cavs had learned their lesson on playing Garland and Sexton together. Now I think starting them together is more about managing egos, long-term thinking rather than short-term managing for the win. Maybe Fedor's tweet is to cushion the blow when the axe finally falls on sexland.

Glad to see Lauri/Mobley (offense/defense) starting at SF. Okoro should be getting most of his future minutes at SG.

If he can play, this should be a better size matchup than with someone else there.
 
Our schedule is fuckin' brutal man. May not get a W till November! Gotta take it to Charlotte this next game @ home!!
 
The ball didn't stick once tonight.

I mean I really can't remember many plays where it felt like the team was breaking off plays.



We suck at defense. We will continue to suck at defense I suspect for the normal reasons we have the past few years. Small guards, no real wing.


But some positives.

I do think the D can improve, but there are holes like you said.
