I don’t view the 2015 GS championship as legit, we had two of our top three or even three of our top four starters injured and out and even then GS almost lost. Biggest missed opportunity in Lebron and Cleveland’s history IMO

The 2015 series was an exception that proves the rule. If you watched it closely it showed why a Curry led team could not win a championship and the general problem with PG led teams - PGs are just too physically small to impose their will on the game in a dominant fashion. This doesn’t apply to someone like Magic obviously
I agree. The full strength Cavs may have won in 4-5 games.

We just needed to stop the David Lee wrinkle and someone that wasn't LeBron to get hot to win two more games. I was hoping JR got into one of those hot streaks where he couldn't miss. He did it against the Hawks in the prior series.

Brooklyn spanks Miami and now Philly of all teams is currently in the 1 spot but all separated by 0.5 games.

1 Philly 46-27
2 Miami 47-28
3 Boston 46-28
4 Milwaukee 46-28

The Nets are going to come on strong. We are up two on them with eight games to play. Of course the difference between 7 and 8 seed doesn’t really matter too much in the play in tournament, unless you fall to 9 it doesn’t make much difference. Not sure I see us falling all the way to 9. We have 3 games on Charlotte with 8 to play

It helps that Nets play Charlotte tonight. One more loss for one of them.
The 7 plays 8 then the loser plays 9 or 10 right?

Correct, 7 plays 8 and the loser plays the 9-10 winner

If you’re 9 or 10 you need to win two straight to get in, if you’re 7 or 8 you just need to win one out of two

That can't be right about winning 2 straight.......they could alternate wins into infinity. And that just wouldn't be fun to watch 2 low level seeds do that.

You don’t understand - to get in the playoffs, the 9 or 10 seed has to beat the other 9 or 10 seed, then they have to beat the loser of the game between the 7 and 8 seed. That’s two straight games you have to win if you’re a 9 or 10 seed. But the 7 or 8 seed can win either game they play to get in.

I would feel a lot more comfortable about keeping our lottery pick if we could get ourselves down to the 9 seed LOL
