2021 Draft Prospects Thread

Do Not Sell My Personal Information
Rumors are that the league is going to bring in an expansion team within the next couple years... comprised entirely of Antonio Cromartie's children.

We need a father son QB duo playing at the same time. I don't think any of these guys even have teenage sons yet.

and today is the day i learned Marvin Harrison killed a guy

Ray Lewis did too. Both 1st ballot HoFers.

Meanwhile they kept Terrell Owens out a year because he has a primadona on the field.

He wasn't the one that killed the guy, but he was charged because he was a member of the party and knew who did.

New add to the Senior Bowl roster:

Janarius Robinson - DE - FSU

Long player, looks pretty bendy. Has some wiggle with his moves, lacks quite a bit with his hands and counters.

Pure projection, looking forward to seeing what kind of metrics he can put up. At his size, could be pretty impressive.

Ideal scenario would be:
1st round: DE
2nd round: DB
Mid rounds: LBs and some D-line depth

Ideal scenario is defensive depth.

It’s not positional, all three levels just need young, meaningful assets.

Love the depth at EDGE, IDL and S in this class.

Are Goodson, Takitaki and Phillips your top 3 LB moving forward? Maybe, but I think they’ll absolutely try to build depth there. Both Taki and Phillips have flashed quite a bit, and absolutely earned some respect IMO.

They’ll get some depth back in the secondary, but I’d assume they’ll want to get some competition at both starting safety spots.

Offensively, we have a pretty good idea of the type of players they can fit in this scheme. Selectively adding a few offensive skill positions, and probably a backup tackle as well who they’ll develop as a swing but maybe replaces Conklin in time.

Ton of good off-season storylines and holes to fill.

Always more fun to build off a good team instead of another complete rebuild and wondering how many of the new regimes old players will be coming in.

The first lineman we take should be a C to replace Tretter.

I just really want one of Boogie Basham or Zaven Collins, both I think are guys who won’t be rotational.

I think looking ahead two major positions of need are on the edge, because you need to be able to pressure Mahomes and force him into overplaying his hand, and getting the type of speed at LB/S to be able to at least somewhat Shadow Lamar.

I'm probably in the minority, but I think DT is just as glaring a need as LB and DE and DB.

Ogunjobi has been disappointing.
