Happy for Minnesota. That franchise has suffered so long so it felt good seeing them jump bitchass GS.

D-Lo, Edwards, and KAT seems potent
 
Fucking great. The only team I like to watch in the playoffs in the Mavs is now down one great Luka Doncic with an ankle injury and is being reffed like the league wants them eliminated at all costs. Oh it's so fun being a fan of small market teams. NBA sucks bitch ass donkey balls.

NBA can't even protect their most valuable asset in Luka Doncic cause they want Clippers to advance so much. Was only a matter of time before he got injured.
 
Why don't teams crowd up on doncic? He seems to be given space to walk anywhere with the ball?

The nba wants LA to win, but Dallas isn’t a small market team. DFW is the 4th biggest metro in the US.

They are a small market team in a sense of ratings, FA draw, and how they are treated in the NBA. Dallas as a city is not a small market team obviously, but the viewership and how much attention they draw is miniscule compared to Dallas Cowboys share, right?

Now with Luka on board, I hope it changes, and I believe it will. The boost in tv ratings since Luka was drafted is significantly higher.

The bias towards the LA teams will always be bigger though, so matchup wise, they will always be treated inferiorly.
 
Laguentz Dort has got to be the best 1 on 1 defender in the league. Never seen someone move his feet as well as him. Literally no one can get past him.

These conspiracy theories of yours are really annoying.
It doesn't explain either SA, OKC, and Cleveland being two of the most successful teams of the last 20 years.
Or Toronto last year.
Or how badly the Knicks have sucked for the last 20 years. You put Durant, Westbrook, Lebron, Duncan, Ginobili, Parker and they would have been either the 1st or second best player the Knicks have had outside Melo.

The Mavs problem in Game 3 was that Rivers moved his best defenders onto the Mavs bigs so when they ran the PnR Doncic had Leonard and George as the switch guys. Plus Shamet as the 5th guy out really caused the Mavs problems.

Ha. You might be probably too naive to have a discussion about this issue. The world is just like that, and the NBA is a small part of it.
NBA is narrative based. Lebron being drafted by Cleveland. Cleveland getting 3 1st overall picks in 4 years to lure James back and to have enough ammunation to assemble a good team. Knicks with Ewing. You think it's all luck?

I'm not saying that a small market team always gets fucked, no. NBA tries to maintain some sort of equilibrium, but in the end, they will do what fits their interest the most.

Knicks sucking has nothing to do with it at this point in time. They have made their own bed.

Have no idea why you even bring up Clippers tactics as far as defending Doncic. What does that have to do with anything ?
First of all, Doncic had no issue with PG at all. Like none. Kawhi was barely on him.
There can be many reasons as to why the Mavs lost, and that still does not take away from how they are being reffed against the Clippers and how Doncic is being reffed in particular. You have to be blind to not see the disparity in the reffing treatment between the two teams.

Seriously, You really think the NBA wants the Mavs to advance over the Clippers? It won't happen now because they are banged up, but whatever.

Anyways, you can have your opinions and I can have my own. And judging by history, you should be the one trying to disprove that it is in fact not rigged as there are far more proofs that something is indeed fishy. But for sure, it might be better to just live in La-La land and enjoy the show.

The NBA could care less about the Clippers it took them how many years to get rid of literally the worst owner in all of sports?

The La-La Land you live in ignores that the freakin SAS Spurs with literally the most boring superstar/All time great in NBA history won five titles. No one cared about that team outside of SAS and it killed ratings yet let's ignore a huge recent chunk of recent history.

The whole Ewing theory is bullshit as well as literally the Knicks have not once in the lottery since then moved up.
Or how about Boston missing out on the Duncan draft: yeah that would haven't helped the ratings during the toughest stretch of the NBA in the early 90s
Or the fucking Pelicans lucking into two potential HOFs caliber players with the #1 picks not just once or twice.
Or the Cavs getting the #1 pick over and over again

And as I stated for anyone who watched the game and as I stated in my post, the Clips specifically took their best defenders off Donic to screw up the PnR and make it very hard for their roleplayers to beat them

The worst part of your post is trying to create this narrative as the big ratings gets: You don't think Doncic getting to the WCF to play potentially Lebron wouldn't be just as good or I would say better storyline then Kawhi vs Lebron? Give me a break. The next Bird taking the mantle from the King wouldn't be the story line of the year? GTFO: outside of the pandemic that might be the storyline in all of sports. This is the quality of posting I would expect from someone who tried to shitpost that Jordan would be just some shmuck in the modern NBA

Mavs don't have good elite defenders but damn they have a lot of smallish guys who can hit a lot of pull up 3's and mid range jumpers
