Yep, but they have so much money tied up to 2 injury prone superstar... Plus their expensive complimentary pieces (harris, horford) not working out too... With salary cap going down next year, they may breakup the 2 and change the makeup of the team, choose one to build the team around

They need a new coach and get somehow from that Horford contract and get some shooters

They made some really dumb moves over the last two years and they need to get out from that mess but their problem isn't the talent of Simmons or embid

Problem with getting ridof Horford is that they need to add assets which they do not have now... They kinda shot their foot with the cobtracts they gave to Harris and Horford, then the unforseen drop in salary cap... Hopefully having Gilbert as an owner would be an ace now and take advantage of teams that would be desperate to cut costs...

Wonder if Celtics might be willing to sell one of their 1st rounders...

-A 50 point, 11 rebound, 7 assist, ZERO TO game from 23 year old Jamal Murray. 18-31 FG, 9-15 3P, 5-5 FT

-A 51 point, 4 rebound, 7assist, 15-27 FG, 4-7 3P game from 23 year old Donovan Mitchell

Made some excellent games by Kawhi, Lou Will, Conley, Jokic Tatum, Kemba, Ibaka, and Powell seem almost pedestrian in comparison.

NBA is a guard's league. If a player can pull up from 3 and has enough handle to maneuver a pick n roll, he can be unguardable. This is why I am a bit hopeful with garland and sexton. They may be undersized, but the shooting and passing potential is there. Hoping they can maximize their skillset and improve their shooting and decision making.
