I don't care. Kyrie Irving is the best player in the NBA with the designation of "point guard". Yes, even over the league-breaking 3-point artist in San Francisco.
(right today I think the two best "point guards" are actually forwards. We discuss them incessantly here.)

He should have been our Kobe Bryant and on that point I've mostly moved on, but at least he isn't playing in effin' Boston anymore. I'm looking forward to Durant joining him. Anyone who thought Dion was better than him.... go and look @ what's happening in Miami right now. LOL

Hopefully Darius will be the Cavs' opportunity to have another such a player. But that guy is really one of a kind. 50/7/8 on 51% shooting and NO turnovers. ELITE
 
What would everyone rather see, the Lakers missing the p offs or the Clippers sweeping the Lakers in the first or second round and go on to win the Championship. I would have some much delight with either scenario.
 
I'd have to say the Lakers not making the playoffs just because of the total chaos that would ensue. If you can't make the playoffs with Bron and AD on your team, LA, ESPN, and that entire goddamn fan base would fucking implode and it would be absolutely glorious . . .

Missing the playoffs so one of these teams can get it. Just about every other team in the west is more interesting to watch than Lebron-ball at this point.

That and the chaos. The Lakers would absolutely meltdown
 
I think people have really hyped themselves up for this season as being wide open and I think..it's not nearly as competitive as they think.

If they're healthy I think the Clippers will absolutely stream roll the league and they may lose 2-3 games in the playoffs and no more.

Yeah KCP is trash. But Klutch giveth and Klutch taketh away.

Since people have been talking about Harrell and how we could have had him, I recall a ton of people here on draft night of that year treating him like the plague because he was just another Klutch player that would get drafted because of LeBron as end up being a skill-less tweener.

Honestly, if he really wants to be smart, AD would ditch LeBron and join Atlanta in the offseason.

Trae+AD/John Collins + a wealth of rangy 3P capable wings in Hunter/Huerter/Reddish would be Lethal
 
Watching Evan Turner on Hawks just reminded of those early 2010s Philly teams that were loaded with talent.

An old Elton Brand and a rookie Nikola Vucevic

Their downfall was getting into the Howard to LA trade to acquire Andrew Bynum ,who was already damaged goods by that point.

That they were coached by Doug Collins was why they never hit full tilt, which was also a shame.
