I don't say that to be contrarian. But for a Milwaukee fan to lose confidence in Budenholzer is....amazingly stupid.

He's been coach there 1 year and 20 something games and in that time he's won 62 games been to the conference Finals and currently has the best record in the NBA. Two seasons.

Just INSANE to doubt him at the moment.
My brother-in-law made some comments about Bud, too, referring to his Hawks days.

Funny how coaches get discredited for overachieving with a roster.

Warriors draft trash guards past two year. Get Nunn to play for their DLeague team now he's looking damn good in Miami. Now they are likely going to lose Ky Bowman. Both of which seem vastly superior to Evans and Poole. If they didn't find Paschall their last two draft classes would be looking like horse shit. Gotta love seeing them fall apart and their scouting starting to fail.

One of the worst calls I’ve seen in awhile. Lakers shooters sure let LeBron down but I’d still take the Lake Show in the playoffs vs clips.

Just my opinion, don’t @ me

The block? You can see it in slow motion it’s the right call. I take clips. Kuzma won’t play that well consistently in a series and Lou is will play better. I also don’t see Howard playing well consistently so you are banking that lebron and AD can win the series for you or that the shooters will come in the clutch consistently. Lebron is going into his perennial winter “injury” break now and they just lost 4 in a row. I also take doc over Vogel 10/10 times.

I understand the call. The same thing happened in the NCAA championship game. I just feel that if the defender knocks the call out of the hand, the spirit of the rule is that the ball is knocked out by the defender. Regardless of super slow mo.

It could certainly go either way w Lakers and Clips. Lakers probably should have won last night if Danny Green doesn’t completely lose his mind three fouls in a row. And if LeBron says he is hurt, then he is hurt. Same as Tom Brady, Michael Jordan, Wayne Gretzky or any of the other GOATs.

It did win him a few championships...
These things only come out when his teams lose or are on a downward spiral.

Funny how when they are winning you never hear a peep.

Only left is to blame the coach. How long until it's "Vogel doesn't know what he's doing, doesn't have championship experience."

Lakers now have a sub-.500 record against winning teams. They are going to have to sit Lebron for a while (if they are smart) with a nagging groin injury and they won't have a great record when he is out, especially if they are smart with AD's minutes. It's lucky for them they built up such a win cushion because if they want healthy stars at the end of the year they are going to have to sacrifice a bunch of games resting their stars, and they don't have a great lineup to win without either star. Their weaknesses are starting to show.

Hahah so true!! Hmm let’s start here...does Vogel last two seasons?

How crazy would it be if the Lakers go 6-4 in the next 10 games and Vogel gets fired while the team is 30-11 (same as with the Cavs/Blatt). Then an ex-player / assistant (Kidd) gets promoted and becomes LeBron's puppet (ala Lue).

I have a bad feeling the Warriors will offer Russell and a top 5 pick for KAT.

KAT will demand a trade and basically force their hand.

Hope my institution is wrong but it seems like GS won't go away quietly.

I see a lot of Lebron's 2nd go round with the Cavs in Lebron's current Lakers. I remember those Cavs teams smashing a lot of teams during the regular season and looking super dominant quite a bit, only to come up short against the 1 or 2 elite teams in the league that could stifle them defensively.

It seems that when the Lakers are at their best and dominant, theres lots of lobs, dunks, alleyoops, wow passes, and open threes knocked down. But much like those Cavs teams, once they play the best of the best, those easy flash plays and open shots go away and role players start to revert back to pumpkins.

So the question is, are the Lakers championship quality or more "regular season" great, when it's easier to lob up dunks and penetrate mediocre defense. .

Those Cavs teams didn't lose a single series in 4 years to a non-Golden State team. They also had some all-time great offenses. They lost in 2015 because their second and third best players weren't playing. They beat the 73 win Warriors led by unanimous MVP Steph Curry in 2016, and then lost in 2017 and 2018 after the Warriors added Kevin Durant. So not really sure what you mean by "regular season great" about a team that went to the finals all four years and won a ring. In fact, the complaint back then was that LeBron and the Cavs didn't take the regular season seriously and were only fun to watch in the playoffs. Just seems like the newest way to discredit current LeBron and throw shade at him. Since the Lakers aren't flopping like people hoped/expected, the new thing is that they're only "regular season great."
