Some asshole didn't take this mock draft super serious and the rest of the assholes are letting him have it.

It's also the reason I don't participate in stuff like this. When it comes to jerking off or participating in a mock draft I have my priorities

I appreciate how seriously you take jerking me off. I can tell you make it a priority. I'm thankful for the off-season wrist workouts.

I have just the draft for you. It's not in the Browns section though.

Well, my likely final pick is in.

Christian Kirk, still very, very much available.

Story at eleven.

Won’t lie, that Davis Mills pick doesn’t make me angry.

Arm talent galore. Probably should have stayed another year, but he’s already at the age he needs to leave at. Case study of a guy who can put it together and be really, really solid.

Alright, so here’s my reasoning (exclude the make believe contract extension).

The Cardinals aren’t keeping Kirk in the valley in 2022 without a significant cap increase. Drafted by the prior regime, he hasn’t ever been properly used by Kliff (here’s to Kliff not being in Phoenix in 2022). Kirk is ideally a slot guy, and with Kyler’s height and Kliffs vertical scheme, the underneath routes truly don’t matter much. We believe Andy Isabella is more than sufficient, along with the added run game threat, to cover the difference.

The Cardinals (and myself) really like the first three rounds of this draft, and desperately wanted back in. We believe that the 2nd round pick will net an immediate impact player, and a starter for this team.

Losing Deionte hurts, but wi the the addition of Shawn Williams, Thompson truly is the odd man out. Jalen Thompson and Buddha Baker will be backed by Williams and Chris Banjo, and with the addition of Horn, we believe that the patchwork back four is fixed.

This is a win now move; we’re trying to cash in on the inevitable Kirk comp pick two years early.

Easy win.

While being back in the second, if y’all could lay off people I want to see drop this time, that would be excellent!

I did it because I wanted a slot receiver to go with Adams and Marshall Jr I acquired earlier. Plus I wanted more talent in my secondary! I thought a second might be a bit high, but since Rodgers Isnt any getting any younger, and he needed more weapons, putting a young receiver with experience on the roster would be better than two young guys.

I did the contract extension since I wanted to keep him long term and that's about the value in my mind for Kirk, from the numbers of his production. It could be an underpay, but I thought it was a fair value.

Alright guys,

With the 51st pick in the NFL Draft, the Washington Football Team drafted Davis Mills, QB, Stanford

To acknowledge the initial criticism, yes, many think this may be a bit of a reach. With that said, for a team in our circumstances, I disagree. Ultimately, the Washington Football Team need a quarterback of the future, and the only one with potential to become that who is left on the board is Mills.

Mills has a lot of pro qualities. He has a very NFL-caliber arm, reads the field quickly, and outstanding at targeting the middle of the field. We think he has the potential to become a really good NFL starter.

With that said, there are three major issues with Mills, which is why he fell to the second round. First, injury history. Between the knee injury in 2017 that requires him to still wear a brace and COVID, Mills history of injuries is somewhat concerning. Because of this history, he only has 287 college throws and 11 starts. This is the second problem. We really do not have much data. So, while the evidence we do have is mainly good, it really is not enough to get a solid analysis. Consequently, to the third problem, Mills' lack of experience leads him to making some questionable decisions. He turns the ball over a lot and often forces his receivers to make adjustments.

Ultimately, we plan to sit Mills for the season and hope he eventually competes to be our starting quarterback.

Pros:
-Strong arm. PFF graded him in the top 3% of NCAA passers on deep passes.
-Lightening quick release and almost no hesitation. Ball comes out quickly and he reads the field quickly.
-Great middle-of-the-field passer.
-Outstanding under pressure. 67.38% passing percentage under pressure.
-He did not play out of empty very frequently and often had to read the field against Pac-12 zone defenses.
-Completely natural and technically proficient passer out of dropbacks.
-11% of passes were dropped by receivers. Probably more accurate than normal numbers show.

Cons:
-Needs to get feet set quicker.
-TURNOVERS
-Forces receivers to make a lot of adjustments
-Injury history
-Lack of "data" because of knee and COVID.
